Superb
Pros:

The location is very good, and walking distance to everything. You can walk into the old city or take Istanbulkart anywhere. I really didn't want to stay in a hotel. Our host was very kind, attentive to any questions we had and made hure if we needed him he was there. The apartment was clean and simple, I like simplicity. The building has beautiful brick walls and tiles. The laundry was a little difficult briefly, but it was great to wash clothes after scampering upstairs and cobblestone streets all day. The apartment was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We will return and hope to bring more friends next time for the wonderful experience Istanbul offers. Fantastic apartment to stay!

Staying here felt like home. Amazing lactation, and the staff was so friendly, anything you needed they assisted you with. Definitely would recommend to stay here

Cons:

There was a blockage in the shower drainage, the water could not flow down. However there is a kitchen, is no equipment for washing dishes (no liquid dishwasher, no sponge). The bed is uncomfortable.

[WARNING] This appartment does not exist. They will relocate you to a crappy hostel.
Cons:

This appartment is a total scam. It simply does not exist. 24h before your arrival, they text you via whatsapp (never via Booking messaging service, in order to leave no trace) warning that "something happened" and they have to move you to "another hotel", close to the original location. They push you and hurry you up to accept, upon the risk of losing the reservation.
I forced them to write the alternative they offered me over the Booking chat (just in case, in order to make it official) and they did it in turkish (hard to understand, I had to use the translator), vaguely and without any clear data.

I also warned Booking about this behavior and they told me to accept the alternative. The result was sleeping in a crappy hostel, 4th floor with no elevator, our group splitted in two, no laundry machine (It's on the pictures, but I had to pay to make my laundry), no hot/cold AC, no room service... I even did investigate the neighborhood and couldn't find anything in the original location closely similar to the pictures.
