Cons:

No meu apartamento, o ar condicionado estava com problema na queda de água o que acabou criando algumas poças de água no ambiente.

Cons:

O condomínio não tem uma loja de 24 horas.

Pois o restaurante só funciona a x horas. . e caso VC precisa de água ou outro lanche não tem .

Do local em si, as piscinas, porém no dia da reserva tinham fotos de outro apartamento e não do que nós ficamos por isso acho que o valor pago deveria ter sido menor.

Cons:

A privada estava estragada, as máquinas de lavar somente uma funcionando, não tinha varal disponível o que se torna uma necessidade ainda mais com criança, como falei anteriormente no dia da reserva tinham outras fotos acabei pagando pelo que vi nas imagens e não foi exatamente o que recebi, no mais era bom.
Ah o café da manhã era servido num local que pegava muito sol, ficando os alimentos no sol tbm, o que achei um pouco inadequado.
