The hotel is wonderful! Beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in the middle of the chaos of the Old Quarter, yet the rooms are very quiet, well decorated, and spacious. They provide complimentary bottles of water

The staff is extremely kind, they kept my luggage for three days while I went to Sapa at no extra cost

I hope to come back to Vietnam and definitely I will stay here

Pros:

The location was great, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, the staff were amazing and really helpful. I had possibly the best massage I’ve had in years at the spa and the breakfast was really good too.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff who made great recommendations and ideal location

Excellent value for money in a perfect location for exploring old Hanoi
Pros:

The location is fantastic, a really good spot in the old quarter. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and clean. The breakfast was decent and not overly busy at the times we attended. The staff were helpful whenever we needed anything. I was very happy with the price paid for the stay, excellent value for money.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel met my expectations for the price paid.
