El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, y el personal es muy agradable y atento, nos dieron una habitación con la que tuvimos un pequeño problema de ruido, lo hablamos con Dennis y nos dio otra habitación sin poner problemas, fueron muy atentos y nos ayudaron con las mochilas. El desayuno buffet, estaba muy bueno, y ademas al día siguiente que ya no estábamos allí alojados, nos dejaron guardar las maletas en el hotel, muy buena gente! Dennis es muy simpático!

Pros:

L’emplacement, la situation géographique, le personnel dévoué et très serviable et la propreté de l’hôtel. Un grand MERCI à toute l’équipe du Lavender.Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Peut-être un petit déjeuner plus varié mais il était très bien tout de même.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in the middle of Hanoi. Stayed 2 nights in between doing a cruise in Halong bay. The room was fine the first night but a little small. I asked for a bigger room the second night and they obliged at no extra cost. Nice breakfast.
