KS nhỏ, cơ sở vật chất có thay mới nhưng chưa đầu tư nhiều. Chủ KS cần đào tạo nhân viên làm tốt hơn
Pros:

Điểm cộng: tuy xa trung tâm quận 1 nhưng KS nằm trên trục đường to, xe ô tô dễ di chuyển. Bề ngoài KS trông cũ kỹ xấu xấu, bé, nhưng bên trong có hành lang và dãy khá nhiều phòng. Giá rẻ, tầm 250- 350k/ phòng đơn, đôi. Ngoài phòng có hỏng hóc như đã nói thì các phòng còn lại phù hợp với giá tiền.

Cons:

Điểm trừ: KS không đảm bảo còn phòng đúng như khách đã đặt (mình đặt 3 đôi, 2 đơn. Sát ngày nhân viên báo chỉ còn 2 đôi). Có phòng hỏng quạt và vòi nước nóng ̣̣(gần ngày rời đi mới được sửa vòi nước nóng). Nhiều phòng thiếu đồ lặt vặt như: giấy vệ sinh, khăn tắm, bàn chải, kem đánh răng... Khách phải đi gọi lễ tân thì mới có. Nhân viên không quán xuyến công việc, thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Cầu thang bộ bằng sắt và nhỏ, khách không đi đường này được. Thang máy nhỏ.

Lack of basic needs such as toothbrush, bottle of spring water and some lighting wire cutting off to save electric, room AC can't be adjusted to comfortable zone, and the sanitary is not up to what I expect it should be. Don't book this hotel. Given it 0 *

You get what you paid for but don't trust the pictures.
Pros:

You get what you paid for. I paid very cheap and got a cheap room. I think this place is only good if you just really need a place to sleep but not good for staying on holiday.

Cons:

The pictures are deceptive. I recommend to Booking.com to investigate this property. Yes, the rooms are clean but it doesn't look like the one in the pictures. The whole place also smells like cigarettes. The staff didn't even have uniforms and their lobby looked like a storeroom. I think what happened here is that there is already a change in management and the new owners didn't even bother to maintain the hotel and change the pictures on booking.com. I recommend everyone to find a more expensive hotel so it won't ruin their stay in HCMC (Saigon).
