Si bien es cierto el apartamento se veía remodelado, el edifico estaba muy mal tenido y sin ascensor (subir tres pisos con maletas)
Lo más insólito, era que el baño estaba directamente comunicado con la cocina, vale decir, al baño se entraba por la cocina. O sea si tu reloj biológico coincidía con el desayuno, mala cosa……Que ironía que se llame Elegant y Confort……., además, el baño estaba en el otro extremo del departamento
The property is very spacious, clean and well equipped!
The location is perfect, not too close nor too far from the city centre and perfectly located to do a little morning run near the waterfront.
It got a little cold in the night and we couldn’t figure out how to heat the place. I got a little sick because there was only a thin sheet as blanket.
Evin konumu çok iyi, şehir merkezine ve turistik yerlere çok yakın. 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Eve yakın süpermarket bulunuyor ve eve yakın ücretli 24 saat açık otoparklar bulunuyor. (sokaklara park etmek mümkün değil). Evin bulunduğu konum güvenli. Ev kullanışlı, ihtiyacınız olan bütün mutfak ürünleri bulunuyor ve ev genel olarak yeni ürünler içeriyor. Tercih edilebilir. Ev sahibi her konuda yardımcı oluyor.
Tek sorun binada asansör olmaması, merdivenler çok dar ve dik. Eğer çok eşyanız varsa eve giriş çıkışta sorun yaşayabilirsiniz. Ev 2.katta bulunuyor ama merdiven çok dik ve dar olduğu için zorlayıcı oluyor.
The property was lovely and clean! It had all the necessary facilities, the kitchen is well stocked with all your necessary appliances and
cooking utensils and the place had great AC. The main building and street felt safe and its location was great! It was only a few minutes walk to the water front and was close to a load of bars and restaurants in Bari. Additionally, it’s only a 15minute walk to the main train station (Bari Centrale) that allowed for easy travel to neighbouring towns and cities. Tino (the host)was very accommodating, he gave all the check-in/check-out information in good time and was kind in his messages, wishing us a fantastic holiday.
The only minor thing would be the door into the apartment. It is a double door but one side is bolted shut, so it is tight squeeze to get in and out especially with bags and suitcases. Additionally, once you get into the main building, there is no lift so be prepared to haul your luggage up a few flights of stairs.
I highly recommend this place — the location is perfect, with the city center just a short walk away. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and tidy. You can use the kitchen if you wish, and relax in the cozy living room, which offers a wide selection of TV channels, including Netflix.
The host was extremely helpful and kind. This is an excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Italy!

Leider war das Bett nicht das allerbequemste, aber das ist schon jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau

The host was kind and helpful, the apartment was very clean, and the air conditioning worked well—we could even use it for heating. The accommodation is very close to the center, just a comfortable 17-minute walk. There’s a great café just two left turns from the apartment where you can even have breakfast, and about 200-300 meters away, also two left turns, you’ll find a market where you can buy everything you need. The beach is very close as well, just a 10-15 minute walk. The atmosphere is great, and even in winter, the city is full of kind locals who warmly welcome tourists. You can definitely feel the Italian vibe. Tino, the host, is very kind, and we definitely want to return to this city in the summer as well!
The mattress is sagging, so there is a dip in the middle, which makes the bed uncomfortable. That’s why I wrote to you. I believe it’s because people with too much weight have used it, and the mattress has worn out.

Very chic urban apartment. Great location. Very spacious. Close to the old town and handy coffee shop and bakery at the end of the street. Supermarket very near for all your needs.
Nothing not to like. The only thing we missed was a kettle to boil water for our tea (we are Brits!).
The place is very big and comfortable. The bed and the mattress are comfortable. The air-conditioning is very silent and works well. The apartment has all the necessary things for cooking, and there is a proper place to take your dinner and a proper place to relax via the couch in the living room. The host was very kind and helpful.
The entrance in the apartment is very strange. I could fit through the door only on the side and, of course, without any luggage on. So we had to squeeze out every time. Very strange. Another thing is that the bathroom is all the way in the kitchen. So if you want to use the toilet in the night you really have to walk a lot. It seems like there were 2 apartments from which they made 1, but the design does not make any sense. There is also a strange window from the living room to the hallway.
The location was just perfect- super close to the historical centre, nice evening walk - about 10 minutes. Apartment was really clean, spacious, fully equipped and the owner has been very helpful in everything we needed! 100% recommended :-)
Everything was great
The property's location is truly unbeatable, situated close to the station and just a short walk from the city center. This made exploring the area extremely convenient. The host was amazing, responding promptly and providing fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, which turned out to be excellent. The apartment itself was spacious and perfect for two people. It was very well equipped and had a cozy atmosphere that made our stay very comfortable.
Unfortunately, the door to the apartment was difficult to open, which was a bit frustrating at times. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have soaps provided in the shower for guests. These small inconveniences slightly detracted from an otherwise amazing stay!
The location was great. My family was staying nearby, so I needed to find a place close by. This was perfect. I didn't get much time to spend at the property, but the time I did have was great. Recently renovated, all the appliances, kitchen, and bathroom were very modern. Would definitely stay again
Given it was such a short stay and I was on my own, it would have helped if there was soap, shampoo and conditioner (that I didn't bring). Other than that, everything was great!
