Pros:

everything was good but I have one complaint from booking.com.
I had paid Rs 2184.19 as a booking amount for night stay but I have received bill Rs 1878.46 for the same, why?

Pl share me new bill for Rs 2184.19 or refund my balance amount.
I have to submit this bill to claim from my company

Cons:

They cancelled our booking the night before our stay at the hotel. Then moved us to another Fab Hotel near the Ludhiana Bus Stop where the room had the worst stench and the bedsheets/pillow cases had marks on it. Could not even stand in the room, so i decided to just leave. Cleanliness was non existent. Turns out K9 hotel got a walk in booking and moved ours to another hotel.
