PISCINE HORS USAGE...TV QUI NE FONCTIONNE PAS

Zwembad is onbruikbaar. Dat moet je gewoon eerlijk melden op je site!!!

Accueil déplorable, petit déjeuner minable dans une ambiance lugubre (éclairage minimum, absence de personnel ,)seul point positif dîner à peu près correct malgré le peu de lumière et la familiarité de la serveuse.
Booking ne nous a pas habitués à une telle médiocrité

When we arrived the man on reception told us that the swimming pool was not available for use as it had been given some chemicals for algae and this meant it would not be available in the morning either. Though looking through the reviews after we left - this looks to be a recurring theme and is possibly symptomatic of either a larger problem or a reason not to have to manage the pool for an empty hotel.

After a 10hr day on the road we were exhausted and so went straight to bed, only to be woken in the morning by a man letting himself into our room without knocking, calling out or even consulting with reception to see if we had already checked out. Once he realised we were still in the room, he left immediately without saying a word! - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, particularly given my wife and daughter were in the room and could have been in a state of undress. If you need to know if people are still in rooms - provide door signs for the rooms so the guests can advise you!

The shower did not have a screen or a shower curtain, so the time in the bath was spent trying not to get water on the floor.

The whole room was not only in desperate need of some tlc, but was also laid out in a strange way, with a bunk bed being put into the room to make it a family room (see photo) - but put in such a way, you could not close the door to the bedroom - stopping strange men from entering!

The room had holes in the wall and the door and all of it was in need of an introduction to a paint brush including the radiator (see photos)

The tv had wires dangling down which could have been sorted in less than a minute using a cable tie behind the screen.

The building i think was constructed around the hairdryer - it has been there that long!

C'est pas très propre, la piscine était sale, le balcon désuet, pas de climatisation, pas de télévision, pas de pression dans la douche, de l' eau presque froide, pas de gel douche, de la moisissure dans salle de bain. Bref l'annonce est trop belle pour être vraie.

Tout

hotel gèré par des incompétents a la limite de l'insalubrité, prestation non respecté. Nous avons perdu notre temps et notre argent. A FUIRE

Il manque juste la clim mais la gérante nous a informé que l installation de la clim est planifié.

mettre la climatisation dans les chambres

À fuir absolument !
Heureusement que ce séjour ne durait qu’une seule nuit et qu’on était de passage dans la région …
Dans la chambre : aucune climatisation , araignées partout, nid de frelons sur le rideau intérieur, stores qui ne fonctionnent pas, sèche-cheveux HS… La chaleur est atroce, on se croirait dans un vivarium.
À notre arrivée : aucune serviette pour le corps, uniquement des serviettes pour les pieds. Et la douche ? Un filet d’eau froide… impossible de se laver correctement.
Les cloisons sont si fines qu’on entend non seulement les voisins, mais aussi les voitures depuis la chambre.
La piscine ? Trouble, très sale, parois vertes, liner rafistolée au scotch pour éviter les fuites. Rien à voir avec une piscine entretenue !
Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas, et serait “soi-disant suspendu”.
Au restaurant, on nous avait assuré à la remise des clés que tout était frais et fait maison… mais rien ne l’est
Et le petit déjeuner ? Facturé 10 €, avec presque rien à manger, couvert très sale, un pot d’eau noirci, et un manque flagrant de personnel
une impression générale d’abandon.
Cette auberge est notée 2 étoiles… elle n’en mérite pas
Franchement, passez votre chemin.
