Comfy and clean
Pros:

It was comfy enough. Public toilet on first floor state of the art.

Cons:

It's a bit out of the way but there is a tram stop over the road. You had to take toilet rolls up to room from reception none in room also one teabag jar had not been filled also soap containers in shower were not filled. The bar shuts at 11pm. All the issues could be easily sorted with proper room checks before guests arrive. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Had a fab time here ,plenty to do ,And see ,the upside down house was fab ,madam Tussaud’s was great .the tower was amaz

Pros:

We had cosy room with terrace.

Cons:

Metal chair with rust.
Leaking sink to which i slipped on wet floor.
Sink was loose also fawcet.
Rust on radiator.
Blinds and windows dirty.
Dirt on skirt board, frames.

Friendly staff

Cons:

Went because of liking the gadgets but sadly not much worked used pods still in coffee machine which didn't work floor not swept bits and dust every where digital spy hole not working none of sensor bins worked not very clean tbh very dissatisfied and went home a night early

Cons:

Didn’t feel the shower room was right for a twin room to share with someone other than your partner ! Would suit a double room better than a twin

Rooms need cleaning better between guests otherwise brilliant
Pros:

The property was in a brilliant location and our room was lovely.

Cons:

We arrived at our room which looked like it had not been cleaned, the previous occupants slippers was under our bed aswell as a hair bobble in our bed. The spa bath still had water in the step to the spa bath had a puddle of water on like someone had just got out, our tea coffee sugar hadn’t been refilled. I just cleaned these issues myself which I shouldn’t have to, other than the cleanliness we had a lovely stay was great location
