Pros:

Ultra modern, tech lovers retreat. Lovely spa room, bath was amazing, it was huge, loved the bathroom bluetooth mirror that you could play music from your phone through. High tech toilet, lights and even the bins were hands free.
Lovely and clean. Gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The weather was nasty lol but the room made up for it.

Tbe bathroom was the only attraction, as it was new

Cons:

Bed very uncomfortable, the floors and bedside tables were so dirty, we were told it was a sea view but we were in the basement of the building and tbe noise of other guests was extremely bad

sea view very nice close to transport beach across the road what more can you ask for take aways fish and chips all very near very nie holiday

Brilliant value for money fantastic room and the bar is really good Ryan is really great host

Everything from the location the rooms and facilities on offer and of course Ryan who always remembers us and makes time to have a chat when we’re in bar nothing is to much trouble for Ryan really great place to stay as we have many times

Great price, great location, great room!
Pros:

Great location on the seafront in Blackpool. Just a walk across the road to the promenade and beach. The premises was clean and well kept. There’s a lovely bar with sea view. The staff are. Dry approachable and I made use of their help several times. There’s two Wetherspoons within walking distance and being Blackpool a wealth of other places. Parking is a couple of doors away.

I liked the property, it suited me well.
