Nothing only the location
Every thing rooms very small and very dirty had to stand on bed to open window and pull blinds up and down carpet very dirty and ripped next bed
Location is great. On the seafront close to the pleasure beach.
Room needs some TLC. Owner can be rude.

You couldn't sit outside on there chairs and smoke outside the hote which was not good as you can't smoke inside obviously, but to not be able to smoke outside was a let down

Location grest , just across the road 1 minuit from the beach , trams on the doorstep ! Convenient to everythin Blackpool has to offer.
It wasn't our firsth time here and i'm sure we will return in the future at some stage.
