Nice rooms, great food, nice people.
Good hotel!
Great beds, nice bathrooms, great personel, clean rooms. Perfect location on the beach.

Cons:

Temperatures in building were okay. Could have little better airconditioning in diner. Should maybe have cooling down areas in other areas in hotel.
Temperatures where okay, putside very Hot, so cooling down would be difficult with constant opening doors.

Úžasný personál, Jorge ako vedúci jedálenskej časti bol vždy pohotový a úslužný. Poloha bola pár krokov od pláže s nádherným čistým morom. Animátorské skupiny sa výborne venovali deťom. Jedlo bolo naozaj dobré.

Cons:

Zariadenie izby bolo staršie. Zákusky na večeri boli viac zamerané na kvantitu a vzhľad než chuť.

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment top juste en face d'une des plus belles plages. Personnel vraiment très sympa et toujours dispo pour rendre le meilleur service. Qualité de buffet excellente et variée.. oh oui, on a bien mangé vraiment :) J'ajoute la chambre spacieuse bien propre avec magnifique vue sur mer. Bref, j'ai passé un excellent séjour en famille avec des bons moments dans cet hôtel adapté aux adultes comme aux enfants.

En plein centre. Grande chambre vue sur piscine et mer.
Commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Le buffet est bien mais un peu répétitif.
Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Les animations sont moyennes. Peu mieux faire.
A 22 h arrêt buffet.
Pas d'ambiance pour l'Espagne.

Pros:

Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállodával. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, a szálloda igényes, tiszta, kiváló elhelyezkedésű, az ételkínálat pedig változatos és finom volt. Ezek mind hozzájárultak ahhoz, hogy kellemesen érezzük magunkat.

Cons:

Sajnos egy-két dolog mégis rontott az élményünkön. Az egyik a sötétítőfüggöny minősége volt: napfelkeltekor a szoba szinte teljesen kivilágosodott, ami jelentősen rontotta az alvásunk minőségét. A másik a hangszigetelés hiánya. A környező szobákból szinte minden zaj áthallatszott, ami szintén zavaró volt.
Véleményem szerint 2026-ban egy 4 csillagos szállodától már alapelvárás a megfelelő hangszigetelés és a valóban jól sötétítő függöny. Ha ezekre odafigyelnének, az élményünk gyakorlatilag kifogástalan lett volna.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La suite, spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée pour 4 personnes, offrait une vue incroyable sur la mer. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de mer, avec une belle piscine et un spa très agréable pour se détendre.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les buffets, très variés et de qualité. Chaque soir, un thème différent était proposé (italien, américain, espagnol, etc.), ce qui permettait de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs tout au long du séjour.

L’environnement est également un vrai plus : de nombreuses activités sont accessibles à proximité, avec des aires de jeux pour les enfants, des magasins et une excellente ambiance familiale. Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances agréables, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

En revanche, nous avons trouvé que certains plats manquaient un peu d’assaisonnement et étaient peu salés ou peu épicés. Il s’agit sans doute d’un choix volontaire afin de convenir au plus grand nombre de clients, mais cela correspondait un peu moins à nos goûts.

Magnifique hôtel et très bon emplacement
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien les chambres sont climatisé et les piscines sont très bien, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est tres bien accès direct à la place et aux restaurants boutiques…
Le petit déjeuner est très très grand

Cons:

Le parking dispose de seulement 4 places et payant sachant qu’on doit laisser nos clé à l’accueil 15€/jour

The dining staff were friendly and very helpful as was reception staff. Location is fab and the hotel is clean.

Cons:

Dress code needs to be better enforced in restaurant. Rooms need better air conditioning in older part of hotel in hot weather. Gym needs to be bigger and placed away from humid spa area. Rooms need to be better facilitated to reflect 4 star quality

Die Lage, der Blick, der Service, das Essen und die Matratzen, Größe des Zimmers.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten, der zu kurze Wasserhahn, keine Kaffeemaschine(15,-zum Leihen eines alten Wasserkochers ist ausverschämt), etwas abgestoßenen Türrahmen, schlecht plazierte Toilette.
