The design of the hotel is excellent, beautiful rooms, sauna, restaurant, swimming pool. Personnel is amazing kind and attentive. Restaurant dinners were excellent and very good value dor money. We had an amazing stay

Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast offered a wide variety of food, and the spa and pool area were magnificent. The location is also great.

Cons:

Room is not very family-friendly as there is no door to the bathroom (except for the toilet), so privacy while showering is limited. Also, room cleaning is not included in the standard service, you have to pay extra if you want your room cleaned. I think this should be reconsidered.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

We absolutely loved everything - this is for sure the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! Every single detail is amazing. Everything is brand new, sparkling clean, and designed with incredible taste, thought, and style. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere makes it the perfect place to truly relax and disconnect. The swimming pool, spa, and saunas are fantastic and impeccably clean. The pool being open until 9 pm is such a big plus - much longer than at many other hotels in the area.
The breakfasts are wonderful, and the dinners are on the level of Michelin-star restaurants - truly outstanding! The staff is absolutely amazing - warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We even forgot some important belongings at the hotel, and they immediately offered to bring them to us in the bigger city where we were supposed to stay that night. In the end, we chose to return and extend our stay - that’s how special this place is.

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like it - it’s just that I’m not used to it. You’re not allowed to enter the sauna wearing a bathing suit.
