What as beautiful hotel, in a central location.
Large well appointed room. Nice comfy bed and chairs!
Beautiful entrance, impressive building.
Great parking.
Lovely staff, friendly and informative.
A lovely place to stay, thank you.
Bath taps needed adjusting.....cold tap didn't work.
Breakfast good but a bit uninspiring. Continental meat and better cheese selection would be an improvement.
Better outside lighting along the footpaths would help get us safely into the building. It was very dark when we arrived.
No signing to Exit to Manor Road is present. We had to guess which way to get out.
Really like the room and view. Very helpful staff. Decor and history of property was great.
Scaffolding outside room partially blocked view.
Lovely find in heart of town. Super friendly staff. Lovely garden. Real value for money. Rooms large. Bed very comfortable.
Shower could have been stronger but was sufficient. Zero Guinness option please for next stay!
the continental breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious and the view was tremendous. The location was central and only a few minutes walk from the Black Swan Pub where we had our evening meal.
Would have been nice if there had been a restaurant
Love the location. We come back time and time again. Love the staff
The water wasn’t very hot. If we were staying more than one day I would or spoke to someone
Love the location - pleasant grounds and proximity to town - easy parking - pleasant & welcoming receptionist - easy access to Wi-Fi.
This feels a little unfair as my booking was very last minute but my room was cold to walk into. I felt a little cold in bed until the heater finally warmed the room up. Please bear in mind I stayed in January-cold time of year.
We were very pleased with the room, being on the top floor, we had the most amazing view of Swanage Bay.
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
Very impressed with the conservatory for breakfast, not often do you get so much space around each table.
The breakfast was of excellent choice and quality, Liz the lovely host.
We liked everything!
