Beautiful well appointed hotel.
Pros:

Large well appointed room. Nice comfy bed and chairs!
Beautiful entrance, impressive building.
Great parking.
Lovely staff, friendly and informative.
A lovely place to stay, thank you.

Cons:

Bath taps needed adjusting.....cold tap didn't work.
Breakfast good but a bit uninspiring. Continental meat and better cheese selection would be an improvement.
Better outside lighting along the footpaths would help get us safely into the building. It was very dark when we arrived.
No signing to Exit to Manor Road is present. We had to guess which way to get out.

It was our 25th Wedding anniversary treat and we would stay again
Pros:

the continental breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious and the view was tremendous. The location was central and only a few minutes walk from the Black Swan Pub where we had our evening meal.

Cons:

Would have been nice if there had been a restaurant

Perfectly adequate for a short stay - I love the grounds - perfect for families.
Pros:

Love the location - pleasant grounds and proximity to town - easy parking - pleasant & welcoming receptionist - easy access to Wi-Fi.

Cons:

This feels a little unfair as my booking was very last minute but my room was cold to walk into. I felt a little cold in bed until the heater finally warmed the room up. Please bear in mind I stayed in January-cold time of year.
