Ducassi - Sol caribe Beach Corales

Room was dirty, completely different than pictures. The toilet was not working they need to call a plumber but take very long. No cleaning room, no breakfast. The owner also charged us extra money not requested from booking. So the price we had at booking was not the real price we had to pay which was much more expensive.
Quality /price was a bed experience.
The also encourage to cancel booking and to do direct with them.
Extra money if you pay with card instead of keeping the price offered by booking.
Extra charge for airco.
The strange part is that in front of this DUCASSI sol caribe hotel there is also DUCASSI suites which of ofcourse are more expensive and they play a game to see how much you can pay.
With the amount they charged us we could have take a resort with all benefits.

They was fishing something in the bathroom and when they finish they didn’t cleaned

no breakfast. location is good but pool was dirty, I had to fight to get a different room because of roaches in my room when I first got there. took my shoes off, and in a matter of minutes to go to the washroom, there were 4 roaches in my shoes. plus a big one in the bathroom and not the flying kind either so it wasn't by chance. I got another room in a different building, no roaches, but the pool was dirty, the room was very small, wifi rarely worked, Ruined my vacation completely and would never go back. tiny kitchen area (the replacement one was astudio. Should have gotten 100% refund for this nightmare.
