It’s old I had a luxury room. And I git a room with wooden furniture old style, no tissue papers no shampoo just a dispenser for soap in the shower area. Nothing next to the sink.
Better to go to the out of Africa for the same price and which is cleaner and better.

Value for money, not sure if I would book it again.
Pros:

Good place for a 1 night stopover to etosha.

Cons:

Our standard room was very basic, with a bathroom that needs an upgrade. The room has a thatched roof which has a strong smell. Room was clean though.
Pool and area is nice but only 4 beds and no comfort.
Breakfast is just okay.
Plenty of staff, not all are equally happy to work there.

The staff were not friendly. 3 of the deserts were not availbale as the staff mentioned its old. I got sick from the calamari.

Okay stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The decor is outdated and in need of replacement and dusting.

Inside the room, there wasn’t the fresh, clean feel one expects. I needed to dust and air out the space myself. The bathroom feels like one from a camping site, the shower curtain had visible buildup and it could benefit from replacement, including the towels.

Pros:

Value for what you pay. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

Restaurant food poor and not up to standard. Next time we would rather try a restaurant in town. If management can fix the restaurant the rating would be a 10. Staff seen shifting food on plate with fingers at breakfast.

Sehr große Anlage ähnlich wie Motel. Bauweise der Rezeption und Restaurant war sehr schön

Cons:

Unsauberer Pool, Personal hätte freundlicher sein können. Essen war auch besondere gut.

I loved the room and scenery

Cons:

The food was bad...breakfast was disappointing...they were not ready on time the kitchen opened...they served us Gordon bleau butter as if we were in a boarding hostel...it was overall very bad. For a hotel we expected a breakfast buffet...they didn't even have a variety of cheese...
