The Cozy Place Condo in Pasig Phil

Everything dito sa unit na to! From the known "Auntie Sol" (caretaker) to the facilities. Superb ang stay. Very comfortable. Feels like home talaga. And also to the owner Ms. Christina na very patient to answer my inquiries and all kahit ldr.. Pwede bang i-gatekeep para di maagawan sa sunod... 😁🫢 Super real ang reviews ng iba. No regrets na ito ung nabook for Christmas. Babalik-balikan magbook 🫶👍

Host is approachable and easy to communicate. My families who were staying the place are very much pleased especially the room is overlooking the city. The room is clean and it has air conditions both in the living room and bedroom. They were able to use the swimming pool. The place is very secured as there is security minding at the gate and only to those who have room keys can get in the lift and rooms. Also, very convenient as Starbucks coffee is nearby the gate, even groceries store and other food stall. We will surely book this place when we visit Manila soon.

I've been living in this apartment for almost a week and the more I stay, the more comfortable I feel. The convenience nearby is beyond my imagination, supermarkets, convenience stores, Starbucks, steak shops, American restaurants, many local restaurants, the view of the high floor is also very beautiful. I once changed my apartment for one day, and when I came back, I found that the aunt of the apartment had carefully changed into a new pillow and quilt cover, and took good care of hygiene. Everything is great and I would recommend it to anyone. 10 out of 10, this will be my first choice every time I come here for business.

I like iy that there are kitchen utensils & appliances ready for use, ref, rice cooker, microwave, induction over, elec kettle, plate, spoon, fork, drinking glasses, kitchen spatula etc. Aircon and TV are functioning well. I love the board games, water heater in the bathroom and portable vidoke. The place is very neat, the contact person is very nice and polite. Super love the scenery in the sky Deck with acoustic performance esp during the new year countdown.

It is really clean and comfortable to stay, and the contact person is pleasant.

Hi!!! I know that my review of your property has long been overdue. My cousins and I came from Quezon Province, and it just so happened that it was their first time traveling and staying in Manila. We were so blessed to come across your property here at Booking.com as there was an unfortunate event while we were halfway through Manila. Our booked property was unresponsive, and then eventually when I got hold of someone, they just canceled our booking.

As I scrambled through the website, I saw your listing and did not care much about the numbers indicated as I just dialed the digits that I saw (realized later on that it was an International Number I think ?) and you were very prompt to respond even though ( as I thought you were here in the Philippines ) I mentioned that we are already on our way to Manila and we have no other option on were we will be staying.

In just a few minutes of our brief conversation over the phone, you were very reassuring that you would be taking care of us, and you mentioned that you would just have to make a call to prepare the property and for us to be welcomed. You even advised me that I could just settle the bill when we arrived. Now that was exceptional!

When we arrived, Auntie, (I'm sorry I forgot her name) whom you called assisted us accordingly. She religiously endorsed the property and took the time to answer all my queries.

The property boasted the following:
- A refreshing scent welcomed you at the front door
- Nicely executed interior maximizing the whole place for everyone's convenience, accessibility, and comfort
- The kitchen was equipped with all the basic utensils (you even have something to nibble at your cute bar)
- The comfort room was very clean and smelled good
- The living room has all the things that would make your guest busy and engaged
- The bedroom even has its own TV, complete set of linens with extras for the other guests and may I say that I love all your neatly arranged towels
