Prima hotel, zeker wanneer je op doorreis bent.
Pros:

Ontbijt was super, mooie open ruimtes

Cons:

Ik had een kamer recht tegenover de lift en een met een tussendeur maar dit hinderde niet heel erg deze keer.

Ik verbleef uiteindelijk in een andere hotel
Cons:

Ik had te laat info gekregen dat mijn boeking is naar een andere hotel verplaatst. Als ik gebeld was of direct na het boeken dat info gekregen, had ik geen rondreis door Hannover te hoeven maken.
Dame bij de voordeur van h+ hotel liet me niet eens naar binnen om alles uit te leggen. En het was erg koud buiten.

Das Frühstück war super. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein Superior Zimmer bekommen.

Cons:

Wir wurden vom H+ Hotel auf das H4 Hotel umgebucht und hatten deshalb einen deutlich längeren Anfahrtsweg zu unserem Turnier in Anderten.

Insgesamt sehr positiver Eindruck: kleines feines Spa und fantastisches Frühstück
Pros:

Mir hat das Hotel insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus machte einen gepflegten und hochwertigen Eindruck, und ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Spa-Bereich, den ich als klein, aber entspannend empfunden habe. Auch das Frühstück war aus meiner Sicht hervorragend und ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen.
Ich wurde von einem anderen Hotel derselben Kette in dieses Haus umgebucht. Für mich war das in Ordnung und die Situation wurde pragmatisch gelöst, auch wenn eine solche Umbuchung meiner Meinung nach nicht der Regelfall sein sollte.

Cons:

Am Abend waren im Spa-Bereich keine Handtücher und Bademäntel mehr verfügbar. Erst auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde ausgeholfen. Der dabei deutlich genervt wirkende Mitarbeiter hinterließ bei mir leider einen weniger positiven Eindruck, was ich als schade empfand.
