Pros:

Casa molto comoda e pulitissima. Fuori dal centro ma ben collegata con la metro molto vicina. Un bel quartiere tranquillo ma anche ricco di vita, bar e locali non turistici molto apprezzati, intorno alla fermata della metro e al supermercato .

Belle expérience, je recommande.
Pros:

Un établissement agréable et propret. Les hôtes sont bienveillantes et s'adaptent à chaque invité. Le quartier est sympathique et l'établissement est situé à proximité des transports.

It’s ok
Cons:

The noise, no isolation in the rooms, you can hear everything in the other rooms and people arriving late and speaking in the living room. So resting properly can be tricky

It could be better for the price but I enjoyed
Pros:

well decorated, air conditioning on the room and living room, well organizated, room with the necessary space to be comfortable, good bed, located in a beautiful, quiet residential area, Netflix, the kitchen is equipated with all that you will need, hair drier.

Cons:

too much noise, the walls do not isolate the noise, I heard snoring, washing machine, air conditioning, people talking.... in my bedroom, location: you need to walk 10min to the metro then 40min to center city, you don't have transport after midnight, the bathtub was not so clean in the first day... too much burocracy filling forms when I arrived that I had never done it in any other house, The host didn't introduce herself, so I was a bit confused when she asked to fill the forms out of nowhere.
TV didn't work 3 of 4 days that I stayed.

Superb
Pros:

We loved the interior of the house, we felt very much at home here. The host was wonderful, communication with her was great. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area just outside of Sevilla. It's a 10 min. walk to the metro and then another 15 min. metro-ride into the city center of Sevilla. The metro ride into the city center costs 59 cents. All in all, we found it worth staying outside of the city center.

For few days it would be a good choice.
Pros:

The location was perfect: grocery shops and a metro station nearby. It was a pretty calm area.

A spacious house and kitchen on the 1st floor. Very clean facilities. A lock system for entry. The manager responded to messages quickly and reacted instantly to the request for an iron. Overall, it's a good place to spend a couple of nights.

Cons:

Our room was on the 3rd floor, and the staircase was intimidating at first — it was spiral and constantly creaked.
It was also noisy in the evening, and not because of the guests, but because of the manager.
Perhaps it was a bad day, but we just wanted a bit of peace.

Really nice.
Pros:

The host was very friendly and the bed room was comfortable. The house place is nice and peaceful.
The bathroom and kitchen are new, organized and clean. There is one space in the park, but only one for all guests.
