La ubicación, que tiene aparcamiento gratuito en zona de pago y que estaba completamente equipado.

Pros:

Ottima posizione nel centro storico, a due passi dal museo delle illusioni e Lion Bridge, in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione della metro Sardica II che è quella più centrale. L'appartamento è accogliente e comodo con tutte le comodità necessarie. Ottima la connessione internet.
La zona, come tutta la città, è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. (almeno a fine settembre),

Cons:

- L'appartamento si trova in una stradina un pò abbandonata, così come il palazzo stesso e il vano scale un pò malconcio.
- L'appartamento si presenta bene ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolissimo intervento di riparazione
- La TV era presente ma non funzionavano i canali, ho dovuto risolvere con un mio dispositivo
- Lavatrice, Asciugatrice, Forno, Microonde non erano ben puliti, abbiamo dovuto farlo noi
- Su Sofia passano molti aerei, con le finestre aperte si sentono

Recomand cu drag!
Pros:

Am avut o ședere scurtă, de o noapte. Apartamentul arată foarte bine, spațios și confortabil. Ce am apreciat foarte mult este faptul ca proprietarul ne-a primit cu multe ore înainte de check in și a fost un real ajutor, dat fiind faptul ca veneam cu bebe și trebuia să-l culcăm. Foarte clare instrucțiunile și multă amabilitate din partea gazdei. Loc de parcare sigur, cu poarta și cu lacăt la porți. A fost un apartament perfect pentru nevoile noastre.

Cons:

Un pic mai multă atenție la curățenie aș recomanda gazdei. Doar atât. În rest totul a fost foarte ok.

Good central access for Sofia attractions
Pros:

Nice apartment very close to the centre of Sofia with walking distance access to most attractions. Rooms were clean and tidy. Wifi excellent.

Cons:

Duvets, pillows and bed linen were quite tired and could do with being replaced.
No air con in the bedrooms.

Отлично, препоръчвам!
Pros:

Хубав апартамент! Просторна всекидневна! Много лесна комуникация с домакините! Много са любезни, отговарят бързо на съобщенията. При настаняването ни, влизайки в апартамента заварихме пуснат климатика , много приятна изненада, предвид жегата навън! Разположението е прекрасно, в тиха уличка в сърцето на София! Налично паркомясто!

Cons:

Единствена забележка(по-скоро препоръка ) е за спалното бельо и кърпите за баня. Би било добре някои от тях са бъдат подменени с нови, както и да бъдат по-добре ароматизирани

Pros:

Having dedicated parking was absolutely great.

Cons:

It was a little difficult going up the steps but it was ok at the end. Also, the bedrooms got hot at night - a fan would help.
