Pros:

Everything was great: the rooms are big enough with everything one needs, everything is really clean and the bathrooms are huge. The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is wonderful, walking distance from the main places in town. I highly recommend it!

Teleurstellend door het gebrek aan empathie voor de gast, sfeer en gezelligheid van het personeel

De service en de algemene hygiëne, vuile badkamer bekers met nog restanten van tandpasta van de vorige bezoeker, de toilet borstel zat vies in de houder, electrische draden werden niet afgedekt, douchebak ferm beschadigd, snelkoker bevatte aangekoekte kalklaag. Weinig of geen info aan de balie, de geur van het aanpalende restaurant was alom aanwezig in de gangen, het uitzicht van de kamer werd verstoord door schouwen waardoor verluchten van de kamer amper mogelijk was door de uitstoot van de verschillende schouwen. Het ontbijt was zeer minimaal, uitgedroogde boterhammen en geen pistolets ofzo … enkel stokbrood, vers fruitsap maken was een hele opgave. De ontbijtruimte leek meer op een receptiehal zonder tafelkleedjes of dergelijke met enkel een theelichtje op de tafel. De accommodatie is niet geschikt voor personen die moeilijk te been zijn en is niet geschikt voor kinderen. Het nachtslot van de kamerdeur was onbruikbaar, het verluchtingsrooster boven de douche hing uit het plafond. Door de schuine wand aan het bed was het onmogelijk om in of op het bed (half) rechtop te zitten om een boek te lezen voor het slapen gaan, of je hoofd niet stoten bij een nachtelijk toiletbezoek. De accommodatie beschikt niet over een parkeergelegenheid, is gesitueerd zeer nabij het stadscentrum en is rondom voorzien van betalende parkeerplaatsen.
