Локация, персонал был очень хороший, вежливый, номер был просторным

Cons:

Плохо с чистотой, завтрак хороший но слабый, каждый раз надо было спрашивать чтобы перенесли зубные пасты и щётки. Опять-таки чистота плохо

Pros:

Dorucak je bio odlican , sa mnogo opcija i lepo aranziran.
Lokacija hotela bas kako sam zamislila i u blizini metro stanice.
Blizina parka Macka je dodatno upotpunila utisak, kao i mogucnost da se peske ide do Dolma bahce palate.
Odlicno!

Meni je bilo sve OK i vise od toga.

Generally, it was a pleasant stay. Recommend for short-term trips

Hotel should provide bathrobes.. at least in the spa!

Hotel should having weighing scales for suitcases. I did manage to find one in the gym especially as this hotel caters for a lot of tourists.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay, and I was impressed by the staff’s professionalism and kindness—especially Mohammed Fateh , who was cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. I wish everyone continued success.

Cons:

The bathroom door does not close properly. I reported this to the reception and was told it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it was not repaired.
