فريق العمل وبالأخص الموظفه زينب لم يكن هناك أي تعاون ولا حتى تفهم بظروفنا مع العلم بأنه تم اخبارنها بأن امي وهي كبيرة السن معنا وطلبنا منها تمديد فقط لمدة ساعتين وذلك بسبب موعد الطائرة.. بالرغم من ان الموظف السابق تناقش معنا وقال بأنه يمكننا الانتقال الى غرفة ثانية.. وبناء على هذه التجربة السيئة تم كتابة تجربتي ايضاً على قوقل ماب
