Nice property, but slow service negatively affected the overall experience.
Pros:

While the property itself was pleasant, the service was disappointing. Response times to requests were consistently slow, and even simple matters took much longer than expected to be addressed. The staff were polite, but the overall efficiency and speed of service need significant improvement.
