Schönes Gebäude neben dem Haupthaus, sehr zentral

Cons:

Sehr schlechte internet Verbindung, es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zum Haupthaus und den Spa Angebote bzw Schwimmbad.

Das Badezimmerfenster ging nicht auf. Die Fernbedienung war nicht auffindbar und es gab keinen Föhn. Die Fenster allgemein könnten mal wieder gereinigt werden

Pros:

petit déjeuner extra, produit de qualité, le meilleur haggis que j'ai mangé ,parfait. Chambre spacieuse, hôtel calme , personnel charmant, très bel endroit pour séjourner à PITLOCHRI.

Our room was adequate but no more. The door to adjacent room was open showing a room with bed half stripped and towels

We were pleased with the property. Great location to walk to everything.
Pros:

The location was great. Breakfast was a bonus. The room fit us perfectly.

Cons:

The twin beds were very comfy, but the large bed could use a topper you can feel the mattress springs.
There were four of us sisters and the room was very accommodating.

Okay stay
Pros:

Great location, big room

Cons:

We were placed opposite bank house, also the leisure facilities were very tired and some areas not working. Messages stated a corridor connecting bank house and main hotel but this isn't the case.

No indication of where reception would be. Not told now part of the hotel next door. Spent 30 frustrating minutes trying to find it until a local helped. 2 other parties also could not find it.
