The room was spacious, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The location was also extremely convenient. Additionally, Ms. Joya’s accommodating and responsive service was a standout during my stay.
There were noticeable gaps in staff communication, which affected the overall experience. Due to this miscommunication, the housekeeping staff manager was rude on multiple occasions. Even at the time of checkout, when I requested assistance with my luggage, he responded rudely, saying he was busy with other guests, despite knowing I was getting late for my flight. The stay began with a very warm and professional gesture from Ms. Joya, but unfortunately ended in a way that made us feel as if we had stayed for free. It was not a pleasant guest experience towards the end.

No contact possible
Property got changed at the last moment. Even the new property refused to provide room. Fab Hotel staff asked to go to other property at 1:30 in mid night wrost ever experience.

I will come again to this hotel, the thing I like is the cleanliness of the hotel, clean room, clean bathroom, clean bed, and pillow cover. I like this hotel very much.
