Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Der Checkin war einfach.

Cons:

Sauberkeit war nur okay, zum Beispiel ein schmutziges Pflaster in der Dusche. Zudem konnte man den Raum nur sehr dürftig verdunkeln.

Saubere Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung in guter Lage.
Pros:

Günstige Lage im Akademie-Viertel mit Tiefgarage direkt gegenüber.
Check-In-Terminal und Vorab-Einweisung per SMS sehr übersichtlich und klar.
Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da nicht beansprucht.

Cons:

Eine Flasche Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen und ist mittlerweile überall Standard.
Der fehlende Aufzug ist ein Problem für Menschen mit Handycap.

Cons:

Sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Nur 1 Leselampe für ein Doppelbett, sehr nüchtern, man muss einen early Check in mit ca. 10 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen, einen late check out mit ca. 20 Euro.

Schöne Unterkunft, beste Lage
Pros:

Sauberes, schönes und großes Zimmer. Frühstück nicht gerade opulent, aber ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich. Absolute top Lage, Innenstadt, Schloß etc. alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Außergewöhnlich, unkompliziert und schnelle Abwicklung. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!
Gute Erreichbarkeit, geräumige Zimmer und schöne Atmosphäre. Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Freundliches Personal und sehr gute Zusammenarbeit.

Empfehlenswertes sehr sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal
Pros:

Der automatische Check-in hat nicht funktioniert, mir wurde jedoch telefonisch schnell und freundlich geholfen, auch die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren groß und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ging zur Straße raus, mit geschlossenem Fenster konnte ich gut schlafen (das zweite Fenster geht nach hinten raus). Die Lage ist sehr gut, fußläufig zur Innenstadt, zum Schloss und zum Bhf.
