Stay Away !!
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Horrible cleanliness. Actually had blood splattered on the mirror in our room. Black mold in the bathroom. Dirty towels. Took 4 hours to get the blood cleaned and additional towels. Absolutely ridiculous !

Common areas need attention. Elevator door sticks a bit. Floors need cleaning. Our bathroom had a few issues. Staff took care of them. Great property.

Not worth what we paid.
Pros:

It was very close to town. Walking distance to bars and restaurants

Cons:

It seemed run down. Lots of cracks in the tiles and paint chipping. Elevator was dirty. The lights in the bathroom were horrible. There were only two towels and the room sleeps 4. The bench was broken. The carpet was peeling. It was way to expensive of a hotel for what I felt we got

Cons:

Safety issue with broken parts hitting me in the shower in room 405 and cracked back of toilet seat on 7/14/26. Could not reach the manager at all even after 4 days…..

Shower disappointment
Pros:

The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Has a nice beachy vibe.

Cons:

The refillable body wash,shampoo and conditioner were all empty, they are supposed to provide these items. Big disappointment when your in the process of showering. REALLY!

“De ligging aan Seneca Lake is prachtig en het uitzicht is echt een pluspunt. Helaas viel de rest tegen. Onze kamer had een lekkende airco, waarvan het personeel aangaf dat het probleem al bekend was. Het zwembad was tijdens de officiële openingstijden gesloten voor onderhoud en de service aan de receptie was weinig gastvrij. Voor de prijs hadden wij meer verwacht.”

Our stay was planned last minute and we were glad we could be accommodated.
Pros:

Excellent location. Beautiful views of the lake. We had a room that looked out on the lake at a very reasonable price

The wifi was extremely weak and could not use it. I wish there was a bit cheaper breakfast option than eating at their restaurant.

Lovely location, better value can be found in town.
Pros:

Lovely location right on the waterfront of Seneca Lake in Geneva. Awesome view, great access to trails for walking & biking. Very comfortable outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy the view.

Cons:

Property is aging, and requires better maintenance than it is receiving. One of two elevators out of order, bottle filling station in lobby with broken sensor, sink drain was clogged in room upon arrival, no body wash in soap dispenser, only 2 small towels in room for bathing. Front desk was very responsive when we called for a maintenance man to clear the drains, and for extra towels, but housekeeping would have immediately seen the clogged drain if they actually washed the sink and serviced the soap dispenser before we arrived.
