Super value for money.
Pros:

The size of the rooms, comfortable and clean

Cons:

It is a bit from the city, but that was what I wanted

Cons:

The elevator was nonfunctional, and we had to climb the stairs to the third floor. We had an older adult climb up to the third floor. The amenities kit had a small bar of soap and a small toothpaste for single use.

This was the best of Mumbarao Mindoro. I would stay again for the staff
Pros:

The staff assisted as much as they can for the Christmas holiday. They were friendly and accommodated as much as they can. The ladies brought our heavy luggage 3 flights of stairs to our rooms as well as Bring it down when we left. They worked hard to make us happy. We were here December 24th and 25th. That means they had to work during Christmas time away from their family.

Cons:

The television didn't work, the pool was empty, elevator didn't work. The shower flooded. dusty everywhere.

Pros:

I like the art pieces inside, the ambiance at the lobby and dining area.

Cons:

Actually the property is not yet ready for its function, our rooms were nice however ,there still construction doing and even the rooms were dusty, and they are under staff.
