Would fully recommend a visit to Perugia using this hotel as a base.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful, the room had everything we needed, was very clean and the location was perfect as only a short walk up to the centro of Perugia. Also a short walk from the Saba parking that we used.

Clean, convenient and quiet.
Pros:

This boutique hotel is located within easy walking distance of the mini-metro and is right around the corner from the heart of Perugia. The perfect location to explore this wonderful city. It was quiet and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

As there is no lift, I would advise travellers with lots of luggage to be prepared to carry them up several flights of stairs. We were on the 3rd floor, but as we only travel with carry-on it was okay.

Pros:

Lovely … location was excellent to visit Perugia. Our room had a patio where 5 of us had snacks and drinks. The front desk let us borrow glasses and plates for our room. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. A cornetto & cappuccino for 4€ in the morning can’t be beat.

Chambre spacieuse,très propre.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo nel centro di Perugia e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Il vero punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la straordinaria disponibilità e l'accoglienza dei proprietari, persone gentili, cordiali e sempre pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso.
L'albergo è molto pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e offre ambienti confortevoli e funzionali. La posizione centrale è perfetta per visitare comodamente la città a piedi e godersi tutte le bellezze di Perugia senza dover utilizzare l'auto.
Ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie all'atmosfera familiare e all'attenzione riservata agli ospiti.

Sauber, gute Lage; passend, wenn man sowieso nicht den Tag im Zimmer verbringen will

Lage in der Nähe der Mini-Metrò Station und daher zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Das Hotel hat mir vorab auch nochmal eine genaue Beschreibung zur Erreichbarkeit geschickt.
Es gibt ganz in der Nähe schon Cafès und Restaurants, Die ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bereits in Schrittnähe und auch das Zentrum selbst ist nicht weit entfernt.
Frühstück im Hotel möglich (habe ich aber nicht genutzt - kann ich also nicht bewerten)

Cons:

Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Man hört also die anderen Gäste, die in ihre Zimmer kommen oder verlassen. Auch Gespräche auf der Straße konnte ich hören, wobei die Gegend sehr ruhig ist.

Pur non essendo nel centro storico, l'hotel ha una eccellente posizione, trovandosi vicino al capolinea del mini metro e alle scale mobili per salire nella parte alta della città.
Camera piccola ma adeguata per un soggiorno breve
