Albergo pulito e in pieno centro gestito con gentilezza e grande attenzione al cliente !
Pros:

Ho trovato un livello altissimo di ascolto del cliente, presenza e un'accoglienza davvero familiare. Qui le persone fanno davvero la differenza. Inoltre, le stanze sono comode, pulite e silenziose. Consigliatissimo

Pros:

Great location to old town via walking the stairs or moving escalator. Shower small but very clean. Lovely hosts.

Cons:

Room was very small for 3 adults and luggage. I feel they took a double and added. Bunk bed to create tripe/quad. From their photos I see that room was a double. Shower small but clean.

al nostro arrivo una persona veramente gentile alla reception ... cordiale ci ha detto dove andare a mangiare ci ha dato la cartina del paese per visitare ci ha indicato la strada da fare .. veramente una GENTILISSIMA persona ... ma la mattina dopo il signore sicuramente straniero ( solo x indentificare ) non molto gentili ... alla domanda stanze tutto bene ? io gli ho detto : non molto che eravamo 2 ospiti con 1 asciugamano ( per di Piu trovato a terra ) per sentirmi poi dire bastava che venivi a dirmelo ne ho 1000 asciugamani , il modi non gentili ... come la colpa ora era mia per non essere andata a chiedere gli asciugamani , non pronto ad accettare una critica ...
certo può capitare , ma in questo caso mi dici le chiedo scusa si saranno sbagliati non che mi dici una frase cosi come se la colpa e mia bastava andare giù e chiedere asciugamani. ( meno male che avevo dei asciugamani personali )
poi i modi di servire la collazione pagata extra 4 euro a persona , mentre facevamo collazione guardava il telefonino a tutto volume ... non me piaciuta proprio l'accoglienza di questo signore .

Was adequate, refuse a room at the front or on the top floor I suggest

Cons:

Rooms at the front will be disturbed by the Restuarant opposite cleaning until 02:30 and opening and stocking up at 06:00, also anyone passing in the street will disturb the peace. Our room, which was perfectly pleasant butthere is no lift and no help was offered with luggage. Breakfast is convenient but not very good.
