Not acceptable
Pros:

The AC was pretty strong so heating up the room was no issue at all

Cons:

Where do I start?
When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, the lady at reception didn't really welcome us. Never mind, we all have bad days sometimes.
We had initially booked the VIP twin room, but the lady told us that all the VIP rooms had already been sold and offered us a different room at a discount instead. Fair enough — we just needed a bed anyway. Then she proceeded to try to persuade me to cancel my booking with Booking.com. In hindsight, this was probably so that she would not have to pay a fee. Smart move, Jenny.

The standard room is pretty standard, which is OK for one night. However, the following things absolutely ruin the OK-ness of the room:
- Cigarette holes in the bed sheets
– The hardest beds we had experienced in all of Vietnam. Even the floor seemed more comfortable.
- Talking of the floor, finding opened packages of condoms is rather off-putting.
- More condom packages and other rubbish left in the bedside table.
- The toilet smelt absolutely horrible.

Combined with the fact that this establishment can be rented by the hour, it gives the impression of a brothel rather than a motel.

Pros:

Quiet location away from the main town (this worked perfectly for us because we had a motorbike but may be an issue for others), spacious bed and room

Bed was quite hard but we are used to it by now in Vietnam!

Inconvenient location. Booking conditions may be changed at any time.
Pros:

Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Hotel building appears to be quite new.

Cons:

No breakfast at hotel. And far away from restaurant area - 40,000 to 70,000 VND taxi ride or a 5 km walk one way. Hotel operator withdrew the pricing and room availability offer he made. I could not accept the new conditions he proposed and found it prudent to take my business elsewhere. And that was fine because this place is remote considering there is no public transportation and expensive private transportation.

Everything was clean. Good interior. We were greeted very warmly. 🥰It's great that there's sparkling near the hotel.👍

Cons:

It's too bad there's no elevator. 😞 My husband is disabled after surgery, and it was very difficult for him to get to the third floor using the stairs.

Phòng rộng, thoáng đãng, chỗ đậu xe thoải mái

Cons:

Phòng mình k có nước uống, k đủ giấy vệ sinh, 1 thùng rác quên đổ, vẫn còn vỏ bao thuốc lá khi mình nhận phòng
