This was a lovely staying experience. I booked the room very close to the arrival time, and had no issue checking in.
The room was on the 3rd floor, spacious and airy. There weren't too many guests, and the hotel is slightly outside of the busier part of town, so it was very quiet and peaceful.
The staff were friendly and accommodating with laundry needs. The hotel was close by to the more central part of town, with lots of food options!
The windows are solid wood, I would have preferred to be able to see outside/have a view.
Clean
When check in, the lady tried to setup bait & switch from original booking. On the say i check out, the man charged more for the room with reason room been upgraded. Stay away from this hotel, Location is on the hill which is not walkable anywhere.
A nice, big, modern hotel in a very convenient location for travelling the HCM road. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable and the A/C works well. The staff are lovely, and kindly provided abundant free water, which is very much appreciated. There is a covered space behind the road to park cars and motorcycles. I believe the gate is locked at night, so it feels very secure.
Perhaps a little isolated in terms of proximity to shops, etc. Although my room was nice, spacious, clean and had working A/C, the bathroom could have done with a few repairs - there was a big hole in the ceiling that let a few bugs in!
Google maps struggled to guide me there!
Nice people, room is big and clean. the hotel is not far from the center of the little town. I was just there to have night break between riding and it was as I expected.
