Bad experience ever staying in kk.
Pros:

One thing I like is just the location. nearby airport .that’s it.

Cons:

Stinky smell and bad maintenance of the unit. Water supply issues, got small insect and bad smell in the toilet. The property management really doesn’t clear the main pipe that’s why all the unit in k avenue also the same with stinky smell.
