Super Hotel O Iris Lite

This hotel is the worse hotel i have ever stayed, I personally stated of the Arrival time between 1800/ 1900 hrs. And the Check in time is 12.00pm. And when we got there the room was not ready WHY? Long as we come after the Check in time the room should be ready, there was young couple inside the room! i asked the man at the desk why our room was not ready? he said that the couple was flying out but their flight been delayed so he let them stay in the room but we waited for the couple to finish what ever they were doing inside the room! and when they eventually came out they had no luggage or any sort of bags with them just empty handed so it was a Lie...very young couple. the room was finally ready at 19.50pm, We were already upset as there was no one who has heard of this hotel and could direct us not even the Auto rickshaw drivers or the member of the public but we managed to find the hotel it took us about 1hour/30 minutes. but when we got to the hotel there is no clear signs or name of the hotel on the wall especially on the third floor outside of the hotel just a small sticker on the stairs very hard to find this place. But the room was filthy and very UN hygienic no hangers, wall drobes drawers etc i have taken photos And Videos, but i will never recommend this hotel to anyone it said in the Description 4 star 8/10 rating but i wouldn't rate this 1 star and 0/10. there is something going on in that hotel as there was only young men and girls we saw coming and going, there was no breakfast, no kitchen, no sitting Area Etc. they Did not had anything we asked they didn't have for example water bottles. they had water in the water bottle fountain but the bottles were so filthy. i could go on and on but it's not worth it was a nightmare. place should be shut down.

I booked this hoyel from April 1 to 5th of April. Our train dropped us on Old Delhi Railway station. Then when I went this Resort at night (around 11 pm) . They didn’t give me that Room which I booked. They Asked more money (rent )& told me to cancel the booking which I booked by Booking.com . Then I told them that I will give a complai to Booking.com , then they told me that They will not accept Bangladeshi passport holder . So my Question was that , if they do not accept Bangladeshi in their resort , why they confirmed my booking? Can you please tell me ?
Then I requested them tor a night atlist because that Time I was unable to book another resort near the location & I was tired also . but they didn’t give me the permission.

Please take a legal action against of them.

Worst experience ever faced . The lobby guys are cheaters,they took extra payment .please don’t come with your family especially with women.. they will harass women.. even the bathrooms have any lock .. heaters were not working..very dirty bathrooms.. definitely not even worth for 100 rupees for staying in that place … booking.com should remove this kind of hotels from the list of booking.. i don’t understand how could they add such bad hotels for booking.
