Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.

Please note there is an additional charge for use of the spa which includes: a hydrothermal circuit with swimming pool, oxygenating and stimulating areas, hot tubs, sauna, steam bath as well as hydrotherapy showers, and a foot bath.

Guests must wear flip flops and swimming caps to enter the spa. Flip flops and caps are not included and must be paid separately.

In the children's spa, only minors up to 12 years old are allowed, accompanied by an adult. From the age of 12, they can access the Yhi Spa hydrothermal circuit accompanied by an adult.

When booking half-board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Comftable but slightly dissapointing as resort was closed most of the time
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety. Coffee could be better.

Cons:

It was a shame as the ski resort was shut due to bad weather so i little compensation from hotel would have been nice as we could not ski which is what we came for. Also the kids pool did not open until the afternoon which was unfortunate

Fantastic.
Pros:

We missed our original stay because of a medical emergency and Melia were extremely generous and offered to give us the rooms again anytime for the next month. Meaning we didn’t miss out on staying at their lovely hotel, nor our skiing experience. Very kind of them. 10/10!

Cons:

The fact you have to at extra to access the spa. Though it didn’t affect our trip at all.
