Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.

Please note there is an additional charge for use of the spa which includes: a hydrothermal circuit with swimming pool, oxygenating and stimulating areas, hot tubs, sauna, steam bath as well as hydrotherapy showers, and a foot bath.

Guests must wear flip flops and swimming caps to enter the spa. Flip flops and caps are not included and must be paid separately.

In the children's spa, only minors up to 12 years old are allowed, accompanied by an adult. From the age of 12, they can access the Yhi Spa hydrothermal circuit accompanied by an adult.

When booking half-board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Cama confortável, duche bom, shampoo e gel de banho e mãos rituals (pack rituals). Ski rent e forfait no hotel.

Cons:

Calor do quarto, lavatório da casa de banho escorre e torneira numa péssima posição.
Alguns funcionários são rudes.
Não trocaram as toalhas do meu quarto, tive que ir pedir e roubaram uma escova de dentes

Great selection at breakfast & dinner, nice bar, clean room with everything you needed for your stay. Daily servicing too and friendly staff.
I was celebrating a birthday while staying and got a lovely surprise from guest experience team which was very unexpected, it was a lovely touch that I've never had in any hotel before - thank you very much Melia y Sol!

Cons:

You have to pay to use spa facilities, which has pools, sauna and steam room. You do get a guest discount however it's unusual to not have sauna access during a ski holiday. May be good to give guests a discount over the number of days they are skiing rather than paying per head per day.

Sentimento de ter sido enganado, nos serviços The Level.
Pros:

A gerencia é muito prestativa na solução dos diversos problemas.

Cons:

O preço cobrado é incompatível com as instalações e os serviços prestados.
Os primeiros atendentes são grossos e mal educados.
Contratamos quarto com 4 camas e só tinha duas camas e um sofá.
Nos trocaram de quarto de nível inferior e os canos da calefação estouraram e fomos obrigados a trocar de quarto novamente.

Good location but with extreme poor structure on family with baby using facilities, such as pool

Cons:

A family with a 18 months baby could not be in the pool together, extremely bad policy and hotel should define number of parents in pool with babies to be 2 if the baby is 0-3 yrs. Above 4 yrs it could be limited to 1 parent. Easy to implement, and WOULD NOT mean overcrowded pool
