Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.

Please note there is an additional charge for use of the spa which includes: a hydrothermal circuit with swimming pool, oxygenating and stimulating areas, hot tubs, sauna, steam bath as well as hydrotherapy showers, and a foot bath.

Guests must wear flip flops and swimming caps to enter the spa. Flip flops and caps are not included and must be paid separately.

In the children's spa, only minors up to 12 years old are allowed, accompanied by an adult. From the age of 12, they can access the Yhi Spa hydrothermal circuit accompanied by an adult.

When booking half-board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Liked the Melia Sierra Nevada better but it lacks a nice bar.

Reservamos una habitación premium y cuando llegamos al hotel nos pusieron en una habitación que no tenía ni ventanas, hicieron que viésemos tres habitaciones más de las cuales ninguna cumplía los requisitos pagados tuve que abonar 100€ más para una habitación decente me costó dormir una noche en el hotel 410€ +26€ de parking pudimos entrar a la habitación a las 8 de la tarde y salimos el domingo a las 12, una vergüenza
