Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.

Please note there is an additional charge for use of the spa which includes: a hydrothermal circuit with swimming pool, oxygenating and stimulating areas, hot tubs, sauna, steam bath as well as hydrotherapy showers, and a foot bath.

Guests must wear flip flops and swimming caps to enter the spa. Flip flops and caps are not included and must be paid separately.

In the children's spa, only minors up to 12 years old are allowed, accompanied by an adult. From the age of 12, they can access the Yhi Spa hydrothermal circuit accompanied by an adult.

When booking half-board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

La amabilidad del personal , las instalaciones , el spa ! Todo súper recomendable

Como sugerencia constructiva , es q podrían ofrecer las pantuflas de tela para despertar de la cama . Ya q los pisos al ser de cerámica y fríos incomodan al apoyar los pies

Pros:

Excellent breakfast and convenient location to ski lifts. Access to the spa and Level lounge. Ski hire and storage on site and parking for our car. The staff went the extra mile for our birthday providing a bottle of Cava and a cake. Excellent customer service by the waiter Pablo in the restaurant.

Dobrze spędzony czas.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla narciarzy praktycznie 3 minuty od gondoli. W hotelu wypożyczalnia. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania i kolacje z live cooking. Pokoje zadbane. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa.

Cons:

Brak klasycznego basenu jedynie strefa SPA z jacuzzi.
