Horrible experience
Pros:

I could not like anything about the hotel because my stay was horrible.

Cons:

Main Elevators were not working for the entire stay. My room was next to the service elevator. I could not sleep for a second because ALL (loud) guests in the hotel had to pass by my room to take that elevator. The noise was unbearable ALL NIGHT LONG.
Staff not friendly. There was no one to take my luggage to my room (even though my room was on the mezzanine floor)

Pros:

L’hôtel est très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Il y a un lit parking pour se garer. 20 min de Mamilla - Jérusalem. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. Très beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Bel hôtel , propre , chambre confortable avec bonne literie

Cons:

Impossible de dormir , le personnel de nettoyage parle extrêmement fort des 7h30 en traînant des chariots bruyants sur le sol carrelé . Petit déjeuner correct . Mention particulière à YAACOV à l’accueil pour son sourire et son bon français
