Cons:

Staff are INCREDIBLY RUDE. After booking on this site. I received an email from the hotel asking for money (before arriving). I emailed back 4 times, there was no response. Upon arriving, the manager had no idea of my booking. Eventually after I showed the booking.com booking confirmation. He checked me in..once in the room, they told me I could not stay there because I’m not an Indian national…I was furious. No indication on their website about this. It was after 11pm…I had no choice but to leave. They refused to offer any help. Vile behaviour.
