Great place to stay in Hanoi’s Old quarter area. Value for money..

The location is perfect because it’s near in everything. You can just walk.

Cons:

The bathroom is so small. And the shower is also within the toilet so when I take a shower everything is wet..

Empfehlung !!
Pros:

Der Service war spitze. Wir kamen früh morgens in Hanoi an mit dem Zug, konnten unser Gepäck unterstellen und unser Zimmer war bereits um 10 statt um 14 Uhr fertig. Der Flug ging leider am nächsten Tag spät abends. Wir konnten das Gepäck wieder lagern, haben unsere Handtücher behalten und konnten vor Abflug noch duschen. WOW !

Pros:

The location is convenient. It's near the lake. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. We love the day bed looking out the window. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay.

Not what we wanted
Pros:

We ended up in a sister property on Tho Nhuom due to water damage at Ho Guom.

The staff are exceptional.( i mean, exceptional) we were offered complimentary breakfast; the rooms are a good size. On site laundry facilities.

Cons:

The property we were sent to was larger and busier than the hotel we booked. Despite the best efforts of the staff everything about M village Tho Nhuom was noisier. Construction site next door, pickleball courts across the road. Cigarette smokers also congregated under the rooms windows. It was also about a mile further from Hoan Kiem than we wanted to be. We are older so that extra walking matters.
