Pros:

Everything about my stay at this place was great. The owner, Huong, and her family were very kind and welcoming. The location is excellent — the beach is nearby, and there are many great restaurants, shops, ATMs, and laundry services within walking distance.

The only thing that can affect the experience is the neighbors, which is the case almost everywhere; some people can be a bit noisy at times. However, overall it was a very pleasant stay, and I hope to come back again.

Cosy family run hotel near the beach
Pros:

I really liked the location and the rooms. The owner is also very friendly and has helped us with all our struggles. The beach and many cafes, 24hr markets,spa's and restaurants are right nearby. It's also nice that it has an elevator even tho it's smaller and family run. The Wifi is also really good, so it's perfect if you want to work or stream movies.

Cons:

The building is right next to a small side road which has a lot of motorbike traffic from early morning till late at night. Since our room was road sided, it was really hard to sleep for me on certain days. There was also a rooster and even a cat crying through the night and the early morning which gave me sleepless nights. Obviously that is not the hotel's fault but just adds to the issue. Maybe thicker windows would help with that. There was also a little ant issue, which I have noticed, is going on in every hotel in Vietnam right now.

Loved it, highly recommended.
Pros:

Nice size room, large toilet/shower, good chair/desk for working, simple cooking facilities, very clean. There is a good restaurant just a few steps away and a laundry close by. Guests can also use a shared kitchen. You are on a side street close to the beach action yet very quiet at night. I will happily stay again.

Cons:

If I had to be picky, I would like a microwave or toaster oven.

Pros:

The owner, Thu Huong, was lovely. Her home/the apartments have everything you need, and on the 5th floor I had a great 180 degree view over the city. It's close to the beach, and some great eateries and shops, and the bed was really comfortable. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Da Nang.

excellent bakery, corner store, and tamarind tree restaurant nearby :)
Pros:

The room is well equipped, clean, and especially liked the bathroom's modern amenities.

Cons:

TV doesn't have a cable subscription, would like to watch some random films on Vietnam's cable network.
The bathroom sink drain needs repair to drain properly.
like most apartments you might have noisy neighbors above you.

Superb
Pros:

The hostess is very nice, ready to help. The room was clean, towels and bed linen were clean, hot water and good pressure. The windows overlooked the yard, so it was quiet. The location is also great, not far from the beach. There was a refrigerator in the room. But it is better not to come with food, because ants immediately came running. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
