Sehr nettes Personal. Sauberer Zimmer sowie Pool. Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt mit einem kostenlosen Shuttle Service. Zurück zum Hotel kommt man für ca 1$.

We got here after a long 12 hour night bus and they made real effort to get us checked in as soon as possible.
The rooms are huge and the outside shower was so so nice and so warm!
The aircon and WiFi were a little temperamental but were good enough
The pool area was really nice, a big pool with enough sun loungers and towels
The free tuk tuk into town was a really nice touch, it is a little far out but the driver is happy to drive after 1pm
The breakfast was ok, there could have been better covers for the fruit - a lot of people left the cling film off so flies got to it but the lattes was really good!
The real shining star of this hotel is Lorance on reception, she was so kind and smiley and always made sure we were ok. I had an item go missing in the laundry and she really went out her way to find it for me. She was so helpful arranging everything, I was so shocked that she was new to the hotel - she gave us some of the best service we have had in our 4 months of travelling Asia!

朝御飯もオーダーでいろんなメニューを用意してくれていてとても美味しかった！
ただ、シャワーだけが囲いがなく洗面所全体が水浸しになるので残念だった。
あとは、とても満足で言うこと無し！
また機会があれば是非リピートしたいです。

浴室にトイレがついている。シャワーのとなりに便器が付いてて、トイレットペーパーを含めびしょびしょになる。傾斜が緻密に計算されておらず、水がいつまでもたまっている。トイレに行くときびちゃびちゃなので気持ち悪かった。2度はない。
Lovely helpful staff. Enjoyed 6 nights with family. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were welcome and had all we needed.
Ideal resort 10 mins away from Siem Reap, with a great relaxing vibe.
The room is very nice, clean and enormous. The swimming pool and restaurant are a little oasis.
The resort is a great place to start your adventures in Siem Reap and temples, with a great service (outstanding support from Daniel the personal assistant) and the possibility to organize transportation services (Supi the driver has been a great help visiting the temples).

The room is bright and clean.We really enjoy the pool view with the large winndow door. The overall design is concise and modern. Most importantly, staffs are kind and enthusiastic， they helped us to find the guide and driver for our temple tour. Also, they offer free ride to the
