Nothing I like.. Worst experience!

Cons:

I'm booking the apartment on 28/3/26 but unable to check in due to technical problem with their key locked. They notice the problem around 2pm but did not inform us early. We came to check in around 3++ and already paid the deposit but after I pay the deposit when i want to take the key from the mail box it's empty. I text the agent then they said have a problem with the key. They unable to fix it. I ask for another room but they cannot provide. I'll ask for cancelation & they promise to give fully refund but until now I still didn't get my fully refund. Such a scammer! Please don't book this apartment, they will scam u! Banned this apartment!

Miserable stay !!!

We were bitten during our sleep all over body on our first night stay. So we could stay , we checked out instead of 2 nights stay .!!!! Miserable stay !!
