Pros:

Staff were friendly but unreliable

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds, cold showers, unreliable staff. We paid for a room and gave us a total different one that was pretty bad. Our clothes got wet due the room was leaking. Hard to get in when night and its supposed to have a 24 hrs reception. Overall, i havent enjoyed my stay as much as i wanted to but i guess you learn from your mistakes.

A beautiful place to stay.
Pros:

A beautiful and calm area. The staff are nice. The people in the neighbourhood were very welcoming. They also set up the Acatenango hike for us. (Just ask) and they were also kind enough to hold on to the rest of our luggage’s while we were gone for a day and a half.

Cons:

Nothing. I love the place and would definitely come back.
