Friendly staff, tiny room was not very comfortable. The lake view from the balcony was a bit baity
Pros:

I liked how close the hotel is to the lake, and the ease of parking, at least during my stay in April 2026. The normally-paid parking spots were free during this time. The hotel is a short drive from many points of interest and the staff is friendly and helpful, speaking an almost perfect english and showing competence and skill.

Cons:

The room with "lake view from the balcony" doesn't face the lake at all :/ the lake is visible indeed from the balcony, but at a 90 degrees angle. The room was TINY. The bathroom one of the smallest I've seen. Not many amenities inside the room and overall not quite comfortable. The breakfast is quite limited and truly something I would not write home about. I initially planned to spend 2 nights at this facility, but the overall comfort of the room made me shorten my stay in search of a better accommodation.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön, die Lage ist fantastisch und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort verweilen.

Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines und persönliches Hotel. Matteo führt dies zusammen mit seiner Frau und bietet eine hervorragende Küche mit vielen spannenden Ideen ohne die Karte zu überborden. Wir haben das Hotel als Basis genommen für unsere Frühjahrsrunden mit dem Rad. Übrigens die kleine Bar im Ort ist auch zu empfehlen. Die Brioches sind bei Matteo wie auch da vorzüglich und der Espresso sowieso

Abitare un sogno, anche solo per qualche giorno, è un'esperienza da consigliare.

La posizione è stupenda, proprio sul lago e lo staff eccezionale.
