Perfect for a short stay in Singapore.
Pros:

Unbeatable location on the heart of Chinatown. Super clean, good air-con, comfortable bed and good shower and toilet facilitates. Less than 30secs from MRT station. Honestly so good for the price.

Wonderful trip
Pros:

I like the decoration in the room, cozy and feel like home. Staff are nice, thanks Belle, Edmar and Mitch for take care of us really well.
Good location. Highly recommend!

Everything was really good. The best is the location, near metro station and close to everything. The room was clean, and have all you need.

Clean, accomodating , easy access and modern.

The location was great ! And the ambassador present was filipino, so communication was easy for us

Its just a lot of stairs , so its difficult if you have heavy suitcases, but the staff was a great help overall

Amazing Service and Great Stay
Pros:

The location is fabulous in Chinatown, so many things at your doorstep. The staff there Edmar, Belle, and Jean are wonderful.  Big thanks to Ed, he gave wonderful recommendations. Thank you. The digital team was very responsive and overall top-notch amazing service. The room is efficient, clean, with great shower, and comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again. They have almost everything thought out.

Pros:

The location in the middle of Chinatown was so vibrant and fun, and easy to access the metro (directly outside) and other areas of Singapore. Despite the busy surrounds, inside the room was peaceful and quiet. The size of the room was small (we had 2x extra large suitcases) but was very efficiently laid out and very clean and modern, which made our stay comfortable. The staff (Belle, Edmar and Jean) went above and beyond to ensure we were able to check in easily (I had an issue with my phone that I thought would be a problem), but they were able to assist us, and always responded immediately which made check in stress free. They were also extremely helpful at assisting us to look after our luggage after check it, and collect it when we were ready. Overall I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend Heritage Collection on Pagoda.

Cons:

No elevator and the stairs were shallow, which made carrying luggage up difficult.

Top Lage und tolle Kommunikation
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt an der MRT Station China Town auf der belebten Pagoda Street. Schöne Einrichtung, relativ neu. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, ist ein Muss.
Sehr gut war auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp, immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett war etwas gewöhnungsbedüftig. Generell sehr schmale kleine Zimmer, ist aber auch so auf den Bildern ersichtlich.

Pros:

Great location! Super cute and small apartment in the middle of Chinatown, if you venture a bit further of a walk out you will see the real Chinatown.

Cons:

A bit small and small staircase may be difficult if you have lots of luggage. Had issues with digital pass on my phone but staff gave me a physical key card

Convenient location right next to MRT station and walkable to many areas near Chinatown. Easy to access, clean rooms with lovely space and vibe. Great for a couple or small family.
