Fantastic location in the heart of Chinatown. Small but Very clean and had everything you needed. Right next to the MRT station. Good bars and restaurants outside. Did not hear any noise from outside.

Very clean, super location. It had everything one needs for a stay in Singapore
The only thing which I wish would be different is the location of the AC. It’s just above the head and even at the lowest settings it might be disturbing for some. It was turned off most of the time.
Xia, Mary and Dolly were great. Good location, room was alright.

The location in the middle of China Town and the Staff were great. Maica, Mary & Yani helped with Everything from Check in Till Check out and had some Nice tips. Thank you again for the pleasant stay and See you next time :)
The room could have been a Little Bit bigger and the pipes and air channels are quite Loud.
Nous avons été upgradé au Heritage collection on Smith, qui se situe également à Chinatown et a l'avantage d'avoir une fenêtre et la possibilité d'utiliser gratuitement la machine à laver et le séchoir. Le logement est relativement petit mais très fonctionnel et super bien placé. Bien que l'on soit au cœur de Chinatown, c'est très calme (très bonne isolation phonique) et les hôtes sont très disponibles et réactifs par whatsapp. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour Singapour. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Der Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück war gerade ein Mitarbeiter da, er hat uns dann eine Zimmerkarte gegeben die wir für unseren Aufenthalt genutzt haben. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut. Wahrscheinlich irgendein Gerät draußen von Morgens bis ca 22.40 Uhr. Ein dauerhaftes Brummen Täglich!

The place is really tiny. The window is super tiny and it opens into a shared space of the whole floor. It’s super expensive for what you get, but I don’t think there is anything cheaper for a private room in Singapore center..
Dolly was super helpful! Customer service was very responsive! Location was great. The apartment was very clean and comfortable!
One big minus is that there is no elevator, so if you have big check-in luggages, you would have to climb all the stairs upstairs.
There also were some internet issues caused by the provider, however they have managed to fix it the next day. Due to this, Dolly arranged us a complimentary Grab ride to the airport and late check-out which we were supper happy for.

Central and convenient location
No daily cleaning of the room
Right in the heart of chinatown, so easy to walk or catch the mrt to many places. Room was very quiet all things considered, but then again I had a windowless room which probably helped
5 days without a window is a little jarring but it's what I paid for. Unfortunately WiFi was down for a few days but issues and updates were communicated clearly and quickly.
Nice hotel and very good value. Located at a central location in Chinatown. The hotel manager Dolly is friendly and helped me to carry my luggage
Steep stairs with no lift, may be a challenge if carrying heavy luggage.
Da wir kurzfristig darüber informiert wurden, dass im Erdgeschoß des Appartements noch Bauarbeiten im Gange sind und wir mit Baulärm während des Tages rechnen mussten, baten wir um eine Lösung und es wurde uns kurzerhand in eine größere und sehr ruhige Unterkunft in einer Parallelstraße (Smith Street) in Chinatown angeboten. Diese war sehr schlicht, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Die Wohnung lag im 4. Stock und das Hinaufschleppen der Koffer war recht mühsam.
