Unterkunft sehr gut, Anmeldeprozess Katastrophe
Pros:

Xia, Mary und Belle waren immer zur Stelle wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Freundlich kompetent und professionell standen sie uns zur Seite in dem komplizierten Anmeldeprozess.

Cons:

Der Anmeldeprozess und die Registrierung sind für Ausländer eine digitale Katastrophe. Viel zu komplex und kompliziert. Ohne Marys Hilfe vor Ort in Singapur, würden wir heute noch vor der Tür stehen.

Pros:

Very central location in the heart of Chinatown. The room was small but very comfortable. Mery Belle and Jamie from the concierge were very helpful before, during, and even after our stay.

Cons:

You have to download an app to access your room. It wasn’t working properly at check-in, but the concierge team did their best to resolve the issue quickly.

You also have to pay a $200 deposit to receive your electronic key.

Great place to stay in the heart of Chinatown
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Heritage Collection on Pagoda. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process seamless.
The host was responsive and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants right at your doorstep, yet the room itself was quiet and peaceful.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Tiny and tidy
Pros:

Ich wurde positiv überrascht von dieser kleinen aber feinen Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was ich gebraucht habe und sogar eine Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher. Eigenes Bad, alles sauber, top. Allerdings für sehr große Personen bedingt geeignet. Für mich alleine war es ideal.

Cons:

Die Registrierung ist schon herausfordernd und nicht für jeden ohne weiteres machbar. Dann die Sache mit der Kaution. Allerdings wurde diese sofort erstattet bzw. nur vorgemerkt und nie richtig abgebucht.

Comfy and clean apartment in the heart of china town
Pros:

It is a fantastic self contained apartment, very clean, amazing location and the staff were very responsive to any WhatsApp messages. Our bags were even taken to our room whilst we we waiting to check in. The location is right in the centre of china town which was great. Mary Belle and Xia were very helpful 👍

Pros:

The best accommodation and most professional service ever! First of all, I want to give a huge shout-out and a big thank you to Mary, Belle, and Xia, who provided the best service anyone could ask for. The rooms were spotless, and every message was answered professionally within 1-2 minutes, which made our stay incredibly pleasant. The location couldn't be more perfect—right in Chinatown, with everything in walking distance or easily accessible via the metro right outside the door. We will definitely be back!

Great location, clean and compact in a good way. Perfect for solo trips.
Pros:

Very central location in Chinatown, right next to the metro so, easy access to the rest of the city. The room was very clean and had a lot of amenities for the size of it. The staff Zia, Mary and Belle were super in both helpfulness and friendliness. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The stairs up to the rooms are definitely steep so good to bear that in mind if you've large and heavy bags. Great room for solo trips but if you've two people with bags you'd need to be organised in terms of space.
