Cosy!
Pros:

I stayed in Heritage on Pagoda and loved that it was right in the heart of Chinatown. The location was perfect because Chinatown MRT was next door and the food complex was within walking distance. The hotel itself was beautiful and cosy! I booked the loft suite with the sunroom and it is such a perfect little space for a solo traveller. The bed was too comfortable I stayed in for 1 whole day just relaxing. Lastly, the customer service was the best I’ve received! They use a 24/7 WhatsApp service where you speak to Mitch and it’s super quick and efficient. When I got to the property I met Edmar and Belle who helped me carry my bags and settle in as quick as possible, which I was extremely grateful for because being a solo traveller lugging your bag to your destination after a long journey is tiring! So just small things like that really took the stress from me. Throughout my stay they checked-in to make sure everything was good and reminded me to sing out if I ever needed anything. I felt so well looked after. I’ll definitely rebook here next time I’m in Singapore. I highly recommend this place!

Great comfortable stay in brilliant location
Pros:

This was a great stay, perfect location and lovely helpful staff Belle and Edmar, we haven't used digital key card entry before and we needed assistance which they were so great in helping us, also gave us the location for Maxwell's Hawkers.
Thank you guys you really made our stay great.

Cons:

We would have liked tea bags/coffee.

Pros:

Superb location, clean, well equipped room, quiet and well air conditioned. Genuinely perfect for my needs. It would get a little cosy with two people there but as a single traveller I had all the space I needed.

Cons:

A little bit of faff with the app and digital key, but the staff were responsive, kind and effective. I have virtually nothing bad to say.

Comfortable and modern
Pros:

Clean, compact and the bed was so comfortable! It had everything you needed for a short stay. Staff really helpful and communication was quick and reliable. Location was great and next to the tube for easy access to other areas. No noise which is amazing!

Pros:

Fantastic stay at heritage collection in Chinatown. Location was fantastic, with train station less than 2 mins away, and easy access to all attractions.

Staff were absolutely fab, very friendly. They quickly responded to messages, and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed, including meeting us at 04.00 in the morning to arrange a taxi and walking us to the taxi rank. Special mention to Bella, Edmar and Mitch. Would highly recommend.
