This is a strictly nonsmoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.

We had a really great stay at The Heritage Collection on Pagoda and honestly everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfy, the location was super convenient for walking around and exploring, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. A big thank you to Kisha, Edmar and Pearl, who were always friendly, answered our messages fast and were really helpful whenever we needed something. You can tell they care about their guests. We'd definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Singapore!
Amazing prompt communication and support provided by Pearl, Edmar and Kisha 😊 quite a tight space but as advertised, well looked after and clean, comfortable. 10/10 location in the heart of Chinatown while still being nice a quiet on the 3rd floor.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 2 min du métro Chinatown. Très propre et bien équipé. Super accueil et réactivité d'Edmar, Pearl et Kisha pendant notre séjour en Singapour. Nous retournerons sans hésiter !

The location was excellent — close to the MTR, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The staff were also wonderful, with special mentions to Pearl for her fast response and promptly replacing a room facility, and to Edmar at check-in, who was very helpful in setting up the digital key. Without his assistance, the process would have been a little complex.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel était vraiment bien, très pratique pour se déplacer et profiter de la ville. Le personnel était également très sympa et c’était super pratique qu’on puisse faire le check-in et le check-out à notre convenance.
On a été un peu déçu par la vue depuis la chambre, qui n’était pas vraiment agréable. De plus, il fallait allumer l’eau chaude environ 10 minutes à l’avance, ce qui n’était pas toujours très pratique.
