Pros:

La ubicación céntrica es perfecta, el trato del personal fue exquisito. El desayuno buffet es espectacular y muy variado. La habitación destacó por su limpieza. Muy recomendable!

Sympa mais on paie cher surtout pour l’emplacement

Le design est incroyable, c’est un bel hôtel tout neuf, il est vraiment très élégant et le personnel est aux petit soins du début à la fin. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable ! Rarement vu aussi beau et bon !

Cons:

Je trouve que le prix est quand même assez cher pour les services proposé.
Notre chambre donnait sur la cours du restaurant et la musique chaque soir de notre séjour très forte jusqu’à 00:00 ainsi que le personnel bruyant en ramasser les tables et rigolant fort, et pareil pour le matin à 6h30 un bruit monstre. Dans notre chambre on avait une odeur d’égout c’était vraiment insupportable, nous l’avons fait savoir mais rien a été fait c’était horrible on pouvait pas laisser et la porte de la salle de bain ouverte tellement c’était fort. Nous trouvons ça du coup assez cher le prix pour le peu de tranquillité et confort nous a été donné la chambre mais ils prennent en compte nos critiques. A voir si ça change quelque chose. On aurai au moins aimé un petit geste mais on a eu juste un magnet et peut être une réduction à notre prochain voyage ici même si on compte pas revenir forcément 😅 Dommage, dommage.

Eines der stimmungsvollsten Hotels in dem wir je waren. Die Lage perfekt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super - eines der Besten das wir je hatten. Im Innenhof zu Essen war sehr schön.

Cons:

In den Zimmern roch es etwas faulig-feucht und gleichzeitig nach Chlor/Desinfektionsmittel. Erstes kommt vermutlich von den üppig bepflanzten Innnenhöfen auf die die Zimmer gehen.

Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, od momentu wejścia czujesz się zaopiekowana przez personel. Pokoje są nowe, duże, pięknie urządzone, zresztą jak cały hotel. Design robi wrażenie, szczególnie wejście do hotelu. Miły basen na 4. piętrze, na którym nie ma tłumów i leci przyjemna muzyka. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Jedynie kawa na śniadaniu mogłaby być lepsza, ale to subiektywne odczucia.

Petit dej :jamais vu mieux a aujour d hui. Delicieux .tres frais , local et sain .une diversite des mets incroyable. Saveurs et un bonheur pour les yeux .
Le personnel,des gens de menages en passant par les serveurs ,valets de parking ...tous au top .ils font disparaitre les petits defauts de l etablissement .
L emplacement ,bien sur au top.

Toilettes separees de la douche .super ,

Le minimalisme de la deco en fait pour moi .un grand atout dans son cadre colonnial .c est son charme ,son chic simple et ..tres efficace.

L activite degustation Rhum .
5 differents Rhums presentes et pas des meilleurs et le plus ordinaire en desgustation . Camarero pas a la hauteur mais tres gentil ,aimable ,avenant ,souriant .
Trop d Hightec a gerer .dans les chambres eclairage notemment
Un net effort a faire sur la presration manucure ,pedicure . Prix exage pour le service .la jeune fille n a pas ce qu il faut pour exercer .
Soin du visage tres bien par .la même jeune fille. Pro ,elle l est,donc pour manucure et pedicure c est a l etablissement ,,me semble t il d ameliorer .
Dire que je n ai pas apprecie c est exagere juste a corriger .

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If anything, I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything the property has to offer. It’s one of those rare places where everything just works perfectly.

Pros:

Muy bonitas instalaciones y un gimnasio muy completo

Cons:

Mucho ruido . Las habitaciones dan al patio y se escucha mucho ruido y música muy alta
No se puede descansar bien. Yo valoro mucho la tranquilidad en un hotel y para ser de 5 estrellas en esto falla
