Mucho ruido . Las habitaciones dan al patio y se escucha mucho ruido y música muy alta
No se puede descansar bien. Yo valoro mucho la tranquilidad en un hotel y para ser de 5 estrellas en esto falla

Ideal para una escapada en SD
Pros:

El hotel es simplemente espectacular. El edificio súper bonito manteniendo las partes antiguas y con mucha vegetación.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la cama también. Decoración muy bonita con materiales de alta calidad.

El personal super amable. Todos estuvieron super atentos en todo momento intentando que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible.

Otra cosa que nos encantó fue el desayuno. Súper completo: con jamón ibérico, carta de tortillas y huevos y variedad de fríos y calientes. Muy buena calidad todo.
Los coctails y la restauración en general muy buena.

La piscina y el gimnasio muy completos.

Sin duda, lo recomiendo 100%

Hotel de charme dans la zona colonial.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner , la piscine, la salle de sport et la literie top, le lieu est magnifique et apaisant. Le restaurant alto delicieux meme si les prix étaient élevés. L'hotel est bien placé.

Cons:

Trop trop bruyant et mal insonorisé, vendredi et samedi nous avons très mal dormi à cause du bruit. Manque de lumière dans la chambre, surtout dans la salle de bain, on ne voyait rien. Et l'odeur d'humidité dans la chambre.

An excellent, peaceful and comfortable base in the zona colonial
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with fantastic design and very practical, comfortable rooms. We loved the bed, and the feeling of total peace from the crazy city around us! Slept very well. Excellent location too, right at the top of the colonial zone. A short walk from most historic sites

Cons:

Staff were lovely but the WhatsApp concierge system is a bit of a mess! Hours without replies, missed messages etc.

I don't think I would stay here again, it's a beautiful hotel and well designed.
Pros:

The staff at the restaurant and the staff for breakfast were exceptional. Especially, Alejandra, Joel, Katia, and Manuel at the restaurant Zola. Ramona is also worth mentioning.

Cons:

The pool staff's lack of professionalism—careless and very little knowledge of attention to everyone. I saw attention to the ladies but not the men, a kind of machismo display, and really grotesque. The reception group needs training on how to treat everyone equally. If a question was asked, the looks on their faces at how I dared to interrupt were very disappointed. It’s such a letdown when a hotel gets the "hard" parts right—like stunning design and architecture—but misses the mark on the human element. Bad staffing is actually the most common reason guests choose not to return, even to luxury properties. I am one. The pictures of the staff displayed here are those who may need help on how to provide care to customers.
