Pros:

L’hôtel est en plein centre-ville endroit parfait pour faire les visites à pied
Ils garent la voiture sur un parking eu même 👍
L’hôtel est très beau, lit confortable, bon petit déjeuner,belle salle de sport et bon massage en institut,belle piscine

Cons:

Il manque un peu de rangement dans la chambre ainsi qu’un petit étendoir afin d’y mettre les maillots de bains.
La salle de bain est transparente dans la chambre donc si vous êtes pudique avec votre conjoint ou comme nous nos 2 filles ensembles …
Les boutons ainsi que la veilleuse qui allume beaucoup la nuit…

Lovely stay with a wonderful breakfast and fab location!
Pros:

Super friendly staff and willing to help at all times. Also, the entrance of the hotel looks beautiful and rooms were light and comfortable!

Cons:

The room has tiled flooring, and the furniture can be quite noisy when moved or dragged across the floor, particularly in the morning while rooms are being cleaned.

Toda la experiencia fue excelente, destacándose sobre todo la actitud de servicio de todo el personal, desde Recepción hasta las camareras y botones.

Cons:

Tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación por un desperfecto, e inicialmente nos dieron una habitación similar pero con peor vista. Pero luego nos hicieron un up grade a una habitación muy superior.

Our stroll in Santo Domingo
Pros:

This new hotel is a pearl in the heart of Santo Domingo. We liked the location, because it is close to everything although driving through the center is kind of a challenge. The breakfast was very good. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities for a comfort stay.

Cons:

I was charged the price of the room + deposit at check in although deposit was not mentioned in reservation terms. Getting to the hotel is a bit challenging during peak times, because of lots of traffic. Parking is not at site (as I was assured), but car is taken to unknown place by a valet.
