Pros:

Simple, small but nice room. Double decker bed. Good hot water shower, Bathroom with necessary items. Clean towers, Good & clean swimming pool. A bit dark at night outside building walkway from reception to room at first floor, Good security with access card doors - building entrance & room.

Cons:

Double decker bed. not suitable for lone traveler, Room a bit crammed for Muslim to perform prayer but manageable for one person. Hot drinking water not in room or 1st floor. Had to climbed down & up stair case for hot/cold water dispenser.

I'd think twice before rebooking this hotel
Pros:

The room and facilities were clean

Cons:

i could hear a clock ticking sound-like on one side of the wall of our room. I believe there was a fire alarm bell mounted on the outside of our room. I suspect that's where the said annoying sound was generated from.
Also, the room was too small for the rate it was charged.

Pros:

Ada kolam tapi dalam untuk org dewasa. Hotel bersih, cantik.

Cons:

Saiz bilik agak kecil untuk 2 dewasa dan 2 kids under 6 yrs old

Okay for short stay
Pros:

Room was clean. Towels and toiletries were provided. There are gyms, laundromat and swimming pool within the hotel.

Cons:

Bunk bed was too small for adults, especially the bottom one. I am only 155cm tall, but I couldn’t even sit upright on the bunk bed at the bottom. Luckily I was alone so I could use the upper bed instead. Either the walls are too thin or the sound of the traffics were too loud, it could be difficult for those who are sensitive to noise to have a peaceful sleep in this hotel.

Pros:

Provide free loundry service.

Cons:

The air-cond condensate water outlet is located inside the wall, and the piping should have been extended down to the floor level instead of allowing the water to drip from the top. The dripping sound is very disturbing at night and affects sleep quality.
