Fotky neodpovídají ani zdaleka realitě. Služby nedostačující, čistota otřesná, bazény nechutný a všude zápach. Po příjezdu nás ubytovali v neuklizeném pokoji po předchozím zákazníkovi. Všude odpadky a použité ručníky. Rovnou jsme odjeli. Očekávám, že nám vrátí část peněz.

Der Check-In war sehr seltsam, da das Personal an der Rezeption nicht Bescheid wusste, was sie machen müssen und ich den Check In dann letztendlich über WhatsApp arrangieren musste.
Der Mitarbeiter wollte dann, dass ich meinen Reisepass als Kaution für das Zimmer hinterlege, was wir abgelehnt haben. Wir mussten dann 500k Dong hinterlegen.
In unserem war ein Rohr an der Toilette undicht und das Bad war deswegen nass. Außerdem war ein Tier in unserem Bett.
Auf Nachfrage war ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich. Uns wurde versprochen, dass das Rohr repariert wird, was aber nicht geschehen ist.
Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht gut. Man kann dort zwar essen, aber man kann nicht einfach so in einen anderen Ort/Stadt fahren. Taxi fahren ist nach 20 Uhr quasi unmöglich und bei jeder Fahrt möchte das Security Personal am Eingang auch etwas davon abhaben.
Beim Check-Out wurde versucht, uns der Preis des Zimmers noch einmal abzubuchen. Bis wir die Kaution zurückbekommen haben mussten wir etwas mit der Mitarbeiterin diskutieren. Auch hier wusste die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption nicht, was sie tun soll und wir mussten 10 Minuten auf jemanden (über WhatsApp) kontaktiert warten.

Xa trung tâm 1 cách kinh khủng. Cái gì cũng sẽ phát sinh thêm chi phí mà không bao gồm tiền phòng. Nội thất để cho có nhưng không cho dùng và cũng không cho mang đồ ăn mua vào ăn, nếu có mùi khi trả phòng phạt 500k.

O pequeno almoco era péssimo, muito pouca oferta e quase sem sitio para sentar.
Nao nos foi facilitado o acesso ao ginasio com a desculpa que so tinhamos reservado ginasio ate ao dia anterior

- Nhân viên cứ hỏi về thẻ dịch vụ mới được sử dụng các tiện ích trong khi đã có thông tin lưu trú. Cần đồng bộ hoá thêm để tránh ảnh hưởng kì nghỉ khách hàng.
- Đường di chuyển đến hồ bơi khó, không phù hợp người lớn tuổi
- KS ở trong khu khá biệt lập, rất ít các hàng quán
