Pros:

good location, only few steps to the cable car departure. can left luggage before check in..

Cons:

my room number 403, no balcony as mentioned. only glass door which can be open but no space area as balcony supposed. but still can see fireworks every night.

Choose to opt for this stay only if you have the time and patience to deal with the slow service.
Pros:

The room was clean, modern, decently furnished and with a great view.

Cons:

1. The service is extremely slow. It takes ages for them to serve one Banhmi sandwich and a coffee.
2. We specifically asked for food without pork/beef, still our Banhmi had pieces of ham. Highly unacceptable.
3. One of the staff members speaks good English, but he's mostly absent. Messages to him to unreplied. He refers to the girl at the reception, and she doesn't speak any english.
4. Overall the staff is so unprofessional, they don't even greet you with a 'Good Morning'
5. The cable car ride was not working at the time of our stay. Of course, its not the hotel's fault, but do enquire about the attractions here before planning a stay in this area.
