Decor, with a bit of Maintenance and care it could be so much nicer
We advised the hotel we would be late checking in, we didn't arrive in Hanoi until around 7:00pm I sent a note saying we were going to have dinner and would probably be at least an hour. It did take longer than expected to get to the hotel because the traffic was terrible, we arrived around 9:15 and after we checked in I got a note saying if I didn't respond or show up by 10:00 they would cancel my booking..
We were advised at check-in that the restaurant was under renovation so breakfast would be in our room. There was no real Choice as to what breakfast was. Although they did say they could accommodate a vegan and my husband was given no choice but for Pho ( which I must admit he did end up enjoying, however was disappointed that there was no choice and no coffee, just instant coffee in the room) . My vegan breakfast was a sweet potato sliced up, white bread and I believe it might have been honey. The sweet potato was very dry so I couldn't eat it and I didn't eat the rest as it didn't look appetizing. There was no table to eat the breakfast on, just balance on your lap.
My husband was happy with his side of the bed Comfort wise but my side had a spring sticking up and I didn't get a good night's sleep.
The bathroom water was lukewarm at best for both of our showers. There also had been a water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom, patched but no filler. Then this morning the toilet had an issue flushing.
We did pull a duvet out of the closet as there was only a sheet on the bed. But the duvet did have large stains on it.
Mình chưa xong việc nên có đặt lưu trú thêm mấy h tầm chiều từ hôm trc đã thỏa thuận xong, nhưng sáng hôm sau NV tiếp tân mới TB rằng bên em cuối tuần đông khách vậy bên c trả đúng h giúp em, trời nắng nóng mink lại phải dời khỏi phòng .Mink có trao đổi với cô NV tiếp tân là không hài lòng với cách làm việc như vậy với KH.Nếu không có phòng báo luôn để mình CHỦ ĐỘNG CHO CÔNG VIỆC ,MÌNH HOÀN TOÀN THOẢI MÁI chứ đã nhận lời với khách xong lại bảo h không có phòng.Sau khi phản ánh thì lại nhắn lại c ơi khách họ lại checkin muộn giờ nhưng mink cũng đi ra chỗ khác thuê rồi,một ý kiến của mình về đánh giá KS
Mình đã đặt 1 phòng khi đi du lịch Hà Nội chất lượng ổn so với giá tiền, không có gì để chê.. Lễ tân lịch sự, hiếu khách.

Ở 2 ngày công tác, phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Buổi tối ra ngoài dạo chơi, ăn uống cũng dễ – xung quanh quán xá nhiều, rất tiện!
From check-in to check-out, the service here was fantastic. The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable — everything worked as it should. I also appreciated the small details like how responsive the front desk was when I had a question. For the price, I think it’s excellent value. I’d happily stay here again just for the service and room quality alone.

Even though it's about 7km from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, it didn’t feel like a compromise at all. In fact, the neighborhood has its own charm — plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, and little bars within walking distance. It’s a great spot to unwind without the constant buzz of downtown traffic. If you’re looking for a more relaxed atmosphere while still being close to the city, this place is a solid choice
I came to this hotel on a business trip and was honestly surprised by how comfortable everything was. The room was simple but very clean, and the overall vibe was calm and relaxing. The staff were incredibly helpful — even small requests were taken care of right away. For the price, it’s honestly a steal.

Đặt qua booking chỉ được ở tới 10h00' sáng, qua 10h00' bị phụ thu theo tiếng (lễ tân có nói: đặt trực tiếp mới được ở tới 12h00' trưa mà ko phụ thu??)
