Gotta be honest
Pros:

The only thing I "liked", more so appreciated was the host did eventually become very helpful, I had lost my keys for work, very important, she facilitated a way for me too get in touch with the manager and have the room checked, but prior too that, I didn't get a response too my complaints about the TV having no remote, and not getting the room I had booked. Regardless.. I gotta give credit too her for helping me with the most important thing which was . Y lost property

Room sheets were dirty and smelly, kitchen was untidy,was supposed to check in from 2pm didn't get the room until 8pm,host was unresponsive,didn't stay the night we went and got a room somewhere, message them to didy the room we'll beback the next day when we went back there was no romm,my spouse was so upset,we were messaging and calling with no reply,we got a next number from another guest,when we message it they told us to cancel,so we did and went to find somewhere else and it was snowing pretty hard.

It was dirty, like REAL dirty. The bathroom was dirty , there was even garbage from the previous person who stayed. It smells moldy, you can hear everything and sometimes feels like when someone is flushing The Toilette on the floor above that ceiling will crack

We did not stay. We sought other location.

I was not able to stay at the property. We did not receive instructions to enter until 10:15 pm

Cons:

When I first arrived at the property, it was at guy inside of the kitchen area looking to be cleaning. When I asked if he was the host he said no so when I preceded to locate the key to my room he told me he has key and to wait by the room door while he get the key for me. So I asked if he was the owner of the property again because I was confused and he stated that he was a helper to the property owner. So me still being confused walked by my door and waited for the key .. long story me and my partner felt uncomfortable our whole stay there. He went in and out the room all night long. I ordered door dash so I went downstairs to get my order and when I came back upstairs he was in living room looking out the window which scared me. Me and my partner ended up leaving way early. I’m so mad because it was a waste of money

Shity. Who in their right minds would recommend this place?
Pros:

When we arrived at 4pm on the first of September there was a couple in our apartment and the place wasn’t cleaned until 10pm.

Cons:

Everything could have been better. The noise from the above apartments was deafening. Obviously there was no sound proofing between the upper and lower apartments.
