The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. A large television streamed National Geographic programs well from the included Disney+. The amenity kit was more than expected (excellent scrubbing body towel!), and they provide both Korean-sized towels and a full-sized towel. A microwave and bottled water is available for guest use on the ground floor. During the week it was very quiet, and the room had a nice view overlooking rooftops and sunset-painted clouds. Location: reservoir and trekking trails (with swings and normal benches, respectively) are only 20 minutes away on foot, and the train station was 5 minutes/~5200krw by car. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, though do note that most of the major tourist sites are elsewhere.
The breakfast did not have juice or fruit - it was cup noodle, bread, cereal, and yogurt with rubbery boiled eggs that tasted like they had been sitting out for a week. I skipped their breakfast most mornings.
I booked this hotel because the room had a refrigerator, but if you leave the room all the electricity including the refrigerator turns off. I had a discussion about this with staff at the front desk through a translation app. They told me to put another card in the slot when going out, but housekeeping removed it, so everything in the fridge was warm when I returned. Communication was not effective, but staff seemed nice.
Linens had marks and stains. Some hair in the bathroom.
I had to go floor by floor to find housekeeping the morning of checkout because no one was at the front desk and the sign there only had a voice number to call (not supported by my esim). If I had been in more of a rush this would have been very, very stressful.

Breakfast was a bit basic,
Room excellent, clean, well organised, air freshener, clothes freshener, room and hotel smelt nice, interesting area to walk around, looking at other hotel exteriors
No knives for breakfast toast butter and jam , hard to spread with spoon 😄
Trouble getting Netflix going but staff helped to resolve, written instructions in room weren't adequate really
