If I ever travel to that area again, I would stay again at Bea’s. It was very clean & the price was great.
Pros:

I liked the price and also how close it was to the Main Street in Mt. Airy.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that no one was at the front desk when we arrived & we waited quite a while before she showed up. However, after she showed up she was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

This place is a dump. Even though it looks like a good deal, don't fall for it. It will be a waste of your money. The office was locked each time I tried to go in, it took forever for them to answer the ring door bell, they wouldn't answer the phone when I called. The office lady was so rude. The smell of Marijuana was so strong you could smell it outside the office. The room wasn't ready when they said it was going to be ready. It was just an all around bad experience. I will never go back there.

OK for the price
Pros:

it was clean and close to the fiddler's convention in Veteran's Park. And lowest price in town.

Cons:

AC noisy. Never could figure out how to find major channels on ROKU TV. Bathroom tiny. No hairdryer, tiny bar soap.

Good Vibes 8.5/10!
Pros:

The property is very quaint with comfortable beds, nice showers, and is located in a convenient spot, not in the middle of everything but not very far away. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. My partner and I would stay again if we return to the area!

Cons:

My only complaints are the lack of available outlets, the gap under our door (easily resolved by putting a towel in front of it), and the Roku that kept taking itself back to the home menu.
