Pros:

地理位置很好，员工服务态度很好，看到会打招呼，房间有装修味道反应后马上送来空气净化器，一下子好很多了本来闻着头晕。中午叫了一份云吞面味道很好吃。早餐希望能更丰富一点。

Cons:

打扫方面有待加强，有些灰尘，头发。不知道是不是因为找不到我订单的关系，这间房间前台说乔出来的，所以有点灰尘。

早餐餐盘希望收的更及时点。

Amazing views, rooms and staff
Pros:

The lobby is on the 68 floor and that one has amazing views already. Our room was on the 87th floor and the view from there is just.. wow! The outdoor heated pool (highest in the world we were told) is on the 71th I think and it's simply fantastic. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the shopping center next door with a direct access from the hotel lobby is very cool, huge and has lots of different options for food and shopping.

Nice hotel in upscale neighborhood
Pros:

Very nice property. Beautiful view, obviously. Great location in a fun area. Really good selection of international movies. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

The person in charge of communicating with clients on Booking.com is not doing their job. It took days every time to get a response about airport pick up. When we got off the plane, no one was there.

The last time I was here there were many issues, but this time around the staff went above and beyond to make up for it.

Excellent hotel!!! Amazing staff. Will book again!!
Pros:

The hotel is really well worth the money. The location is excellent! The hotel is very new. The staff are all very lovely and always helpful. Loved the outdoor pool too. We loved our stay there and will definitely go back soon!

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok but doesn't matter for us. Good place to started our day anyways.
