Впечатление самое положительное, но хотелось бы, чтобы учли и недочеты.
Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле во второй половине октября на 10 ночей. Отель произвел очень приятное впечатление: хорошее здание, довольно новое, идеальная чистота везде, очень приличная уборка в номерах.
Еда - отдельная тема - такого разнообразия и качества приготовления блюд я в Турции не видела давно.
Шефу отдельная благодарность! В целом, штат отеля делает все возможное, чтобы, во-первых соответствовать категории "4 звезды и, во-вторых, чтобы отдыхающим было комфортно.
Отель располагает собственным пляжем, который находится в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от отеля или можно воспользоваться шатлом. Пляж чистый с отличными новыми лежаками и с возможностью сытно перекусить между основными приемами пищи.
Wi-fi заслуживает отдельного восторга - он отлично работает независимо от местоположения в отеле и на пляже!!!

Cons:

Отель расположен на оживленном шоссе, пешеходный переход отсутствует, плюс наличествует закрытый поворот, что делает переход этого шоссе проблематичным. И еще очень огорчила неухоженная территория вокруг отеля.
Наше окно выходило на какой-то замусоренный овраг.

Harika bir otel ve deniz tatili için mükemmel bir seçim
Pros:

Personel çok ilgiliydi. Odalar temiz ve yataklar rahattı. Yemeklerde seçenek oldukça fazlaydı. Otele ait plaj ve deniz de çok güzeldi. Özellikle otel müdürü Mehmet beyin tüm misafirlerle tek tek ilgilenmesi ve tüm isteklerimizi yerine getirmeye çalışması bizi çok sevindirdi.

Et godt sted, rigtig god mad, dejligt personale og tæt på stranden. Stranden er meget god.

Pros:

Отличная четвёрка на всё включено. Большая часть туристов немцы. Отель находится на 3й линии и имеет свой бич клаб. Постоянно ходит шатл, пешком минут 7-10. Включено СПА - хамам, сауна, бассейн, фитнес зал. Еда без изысков, но всё сьедобно и вкусно. Звукоизоляция номеров хорошая, постель норм.
Отдельное респект девушке на ресепшен Эмине.

Cons:

В фитнес зале надо восстановить тренажёры.

Eine Erfahrung, die man nicht braucht
Pros:

Es gab aus unserer Sicht nichts außergewöhnliches, was man explizit positiv erwähnen könnte.

Cons:

Das meiste Personal wirkte sehr unmotiviert und machte den Eindruck, dass sie eingeschütert waren und den Kontakt zu den Gästen meiden sollten. Lediglich Deniz und Mehmet waren sehr freundlich und haben sich mit uns unterhalten. Ferner war das Essen nicht abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeden Tag das gleiche. Es gab kein richtiges System am Buffet. Salte standen an verschiedenen Stellen und die Dressings wiederum auf der anderen Seite. Bei Regen mussten wir und die weiteren Gäste draußen im überdachten Poolbereich sitzen und frieren, weil der Speisesaal geschlossen wurde und man sich dort nicht im Warmen aufhalten durfte. Gäste mussten durch den Regen zu den Toiletten laufen, obwohl es einen trockenen Weg durch den Speisesaal gegeben hätte. Desweiteren ist uns direkt nach der Ankunft aufgefallen, dass die Aufzüge ziemlich viele Fingerabdrücke auf den Spiegeln hatten und auch den ganzen Urlaub nicht entfernt wurden. Wir finden, dass ist ein Aushängeschild für die Sauberkeit eines Hotels. Obwohl wir das dem Management gemeldet haben, blieben die Aufzüge den ganzen Urlaub schmutzig. Uns wurde am Ende unseres Urlaubs dann ein Angebot vom Management unterbreitet, dass wir bei unserer nächsten direkten Buchung im Hotel, einen Preisnachlass von 30% erhalten würden, was bei uns den Eindruck erweckt hat, dass man möglichst eine positive Bewertung abgibt. Unser Fazit: Das Qella war für uns eine Erfahrung und wir werden dort nicht noch mal buchen. Es ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel, wie es überall ausgewiesen ist.

Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant et véritablement aux petits soins pour les clients. De plus, l'hôtel est très propre. La plage se situe à 5 bonnes minutes à pied, mais l'hôtel propose une navette. À la plage, il y a un snack qui propose des boissons et des repas.
Le buffet propose des spécialités turques, ce qui est un avantage selon moi. À mon goût, certains hôtels sont un peu trop "européanisés". La seule suggestion que j'aimerais faire concernant le buffet serait d'ajouter plus de poisson grillé
