Pros:

해안선을 따라서 여행하다가 1박을 했는데 먀칠 휴가를 지내다 같으면 좋을것 같이 모든게 다 좋았어요

Cons:

주지장이 작아서 시즌중에는 불편할것 같고 복도가 1층부터 꼭대기 층까지 트인구조라 밤새 복도를 오가며 떠드는 말소리가 시끄러웠어요

Cheap price, with matching facilities
Pros:

Friendly staff making us feel like home.
Clean and well designed rooms

Cons:

All-inclusive food is not very fresh. Only soda drink available for kids. No ice cream. Water park is small. Only two small waterslides which are not always open. Main swimming pool and indoor swimming pool are both 1.4m, not suitable for kids.

Pros:

The staff was so friendly,the hotel is very modern and clean, all services are quite high standard, the breakfast and dinner ( we did not stay for lunch in the hotel) had a lot of options from which to choose. I would definetely book again this hotel when I am around Side.

Pros:

- Всички от персонала са изключително любезни. Честно казано по-приятен персонал не съм срещал в нито един хотел досега. Особено съм очарован от отношението на сервитьорите в ресторанта, както и на барманите в лобито.
- Храната е прясна, разнообразна, вкусна и рядко някое ястие недостигаше за всички.
- Вътрешният басейн е отопляем и е чудесна алтернатива за по-хладно време, заедно със сауната и парната баня.
- Бирата, алкохолът, безалкохолните са с много добро качество.
- Стаята ни се почистваше ежедневно.
- Кърпите и хавлиите се сменяха всеки ден.
- Топла вода има в изобилие.
- Имаше безплатен сейф в стаята.
- Интернетът беше с много добро покритие и доста бърз.
- Наистина всичко влизаше в цената на ол инклузив-а (дори коктейлите).
- Хотелът има собствен плаж, на който сервират безплатни напитки и има безплатни шезлонги.
- Имаше тематични вечери, например за Великден бяха украсили с боядисани яйца и зайчета.

Cons:

- Първите два дни от престоя ни генераторът на хотела работеше почти без прекъсване, а шумът беше невъобразим. Имаше чести прекъсвания на тока.
- Нито една от вратите в стаята не са затваряха нормално, все трябва да прилагаш силен натиск, за да се затворят.
- Ние бяхме в началото на сезона (април) и се извършваха ежедневно ремонти дейности от всякакво естество, дори с дрелка.
- Освен ябълки и круши нямаше почти никакви плодове.
- Нямаше абсолютно никакви забавления за децата, нито пък за възрастните.
- Нито един път не ядохме сладолед, защото просто нямаше.
- Паркингът на хотела е през улицата, който е неохраняем, нито пък заграден, а когато вали се превръща в кално блато. Обувките ми потънаха в кал.
- Стаите имат лоша шумоизолация, чувах дори съседите когато си говорят.
- Няма гардероб, в който да си съберем дрехите, повечето но стояха по столовете и шкафовете.

Great spa with warm indoor pool for rainy days.
Great food! With a good selection of Middle Eastern treats! We loved our cleaning lady she was just so sweet and always happy to help!! really can’t complain I would go back definitely

Cons:

Not as close to the beach as I hoped and there was a lot of building works going on around us which I guess can’t be helped. Also no entertainment which I was upset about having the children with me. I think I went slightly out of season but hoped there would be some things to do for them. But I did get a voucher from booking.com as compensation which was nice

Familienfreundlich, sauber und perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Hotel wurde komplett neu renoviert und neu ausgestattet inklusive Strand und das Restaurant am Strand. Wirklich alles sehr sauber und nettes Personal. Das Essen war gut und sehr viel Auswahl. Super familienfreundliches Hotel mit Kidsclub und Kinderdisco usw sind auch die Kleinen sehr zufrieden. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, immer wieder gerne :(

Das Hotel ist nicht zu gigantisch und kompliziert aber trotzdem wird alles Angeboten.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und neu ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Strand ist nur 400 Meter entfernt. Alle 10 Minuten fährt ein Shuttle zum Strand und zum Hotel zurück. Am meisten hat mir der Strand und das Restaurant gut gefallen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren alle zufrieden.

Cons:

Das Bett bzw die Matratze war nicht bequem :(

Pros:

Отель отличный, всё включено завтраки, обеды, ужины понравились. Персонал очень внимательный и высокопрофессиональный.Особая благодарность горничным и официантам отеля, барменам в баре. .Уборка номера, смена полотенец каждый день, можно просить чаще менять постельное бельё. Чайная и холодильник пополнялись каждый день водой и напитками безалкогольными.Напитки в баре бесплатны и в любом количестве.

Alles bestens :))
Pros:

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Sehr nettes Personal und sauberes Hotel. Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer mit Balkon. Sowie das Hotel ist auch der Strand super schön. Strand ist nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend.
