Familienfreundlich, sauber und perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Hotel wurde komplett neu renoviert und neu ausgestattet inklusive Strand und das Restaurant am Strand. Wirklich alles sehr sauber und nettes Personal. Das Essen war gut und sehr viel Auswahl. Super familienfreundliches Hotel mit Kidsclub und Kinderdisco usw sind auch die Kleinen sehr zufrieden. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, immer wieder gerne :(

Das Hotel ist nicht zu gigantisch und kompliziert aber trotzdem wird alles Angeboten.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und neu ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Strand ist nur 400 Meter entfernt. Alle 10 Minuten fährt ein Shuttle zum Strand und zum Hotel zurück. Am meisten hat mir der Strand und das Restaurant gut gefallen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren alle zufrieden.

Cons:

Das Bett bzw die Matratze war nicht bequem :(

Pros:

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Sehr nettes Personal und sauberes Hotel. Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer mit Balkon. Sowie das Hotel ist auch der Strand super schön. Strand ist nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend.

Pros:

Отель отличный, всё включено завтраки, обеды, ужины понравились. Персонал очень внимательный и высокопрофессиональный.Особая благодарность горничным и официантам отеля, барменам в баре. .Уборка номера, смена полотенец каждый день, можно просить чаще менять постельное бельё. Чайная и холодильник пополнялись каждый день водой и напитками безалкогольными.Напитки в баре бесплатны и в любом количестве.

Nice. clean. Close to the beach.
Pros:

Really nice and quiet in the evening. We have a view in a swimming pool and animation zone but it was nice.
Very friendly staff.
We have also attended spa with hammam and massage. Definitely this massage I will never forget.
Close to the beach. It takes about 15 min walk. But the most important thing: you have to cross the road without any lights or even zebra. Be fast and careful. But anyway there is also a bus shuttle to the beach. Beach is clean with comfortable sunbeds. And you can walk very far by the coastline . At the beach personal brings ice-cream two times (in the morning and in the evening). Rooms are clean and rally comfortable.
Restaurant is ok. One night we were happy to catch the Turkish night with big ice-cream cake.

Cons:

We were at the end of the season so the animation was really poor. We have caught only several shows. The territory is really small so in the evening your only way to spend time or to have a cocktail in a bar or go to the market. Popcorn, Kalyan and Zuckerwatte are payed separately.
There also was a women who cocked Gözleme but every time she was asking money. I even asked the chief person at the restaurant shoul I pay for this , but he said no, you can get it for free. But anyway she continues to asking money every time we were there.
The amount of food is ok. But actually almost everyday is the same (especially deserts).
It was a bit cold so I've asked for the blanket, but got it only on the third day. The amount of towels was everyday different. I don't know why)))

Freundliches Personal, tolle Atmosphäre, süße Babykatzen, guter Strand-Shuttle, türkische Spezialitäten, schnelle Reaktion auf Kritik, Sauberkeit, große Zimmer, schöne Lobby, sehr kinderfreundliches Personal

Cons:

Kein richtiger Kinderspielplatz, kein Eis, Kaffee war für uns ungenießbar, aber Cappucino und Caffè Latte schmeckte

Raport calitate preț-super.
Mâncare gustoasă și bine gândită, chiar remarc acest fapt și o spun pentru, ca în multe alte localuri ( având și 5 stele) nu am găsit o astfel de abordare. De remarcat acest fapt, căci este sfârșit de sezon, iar clienți sunt puțini. S-a văzut control , din partea managerilor, de dimineață până seara

Cons:

Dimineața dușul nu e chiar plăcut, fiind făcut cu apă rece
Duminica e prea relaxantă pentru angajați :) s-a simțit diferența față de celenterate zile ale săptămânii

Family holiday was just perfect
Pros:

The hotel was just perfect. The staff were just superb every one of them. Couldn’t do enough for you just very helpful always smiling.
Rooms cleaned daily and mini bar stocked with juice and water. The private beach was fantastic with food and drinks. Hotel food was fabulous plenty chicken meat and veg and salads to die for. Amazing cocktails. Fabulous pool just can’t fault it in any way.

Pros:

Eşim ve kızımla birlikte Qella Beach Hotel’de konakladık, her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Otel müdürü ve personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Oda temizdi, otel genel olarak çok düzenli ve huzurluydu. Aile olarak kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.

Cons:

Sadece odamızda zaman zaman tuvaletten gelen bir koku oldu, bu durum biraz rahatsız ediciydi.

Pros:

Очень хороший отель. Путешествуем часто,данный отель стал частью отличного отдыха. Персонал приветливый,внимательный и отзывчивый, все вопросы решают немедленно,стараются делать все для комфорта гостей. Номера чистые,после ремонта.Полотенца меняли каждый день,уборка по расписанию.В номере балкон,сейф,минибар с прохладительными напитками.Территория отеля небольшая, бассейн чистый,без подогрева.
Питание отличное: много фруктов,овощи,рыба,мясо,выпечка.Повара старались,выбор всегда был.Оыицианты работают быстро,все доброжелательные.
До пляжа минут 5 ходьбы.Пляж песчаный,лежаков достаточно. На пляже небольшая терраса,где можно брать напитки и покушать,повар на гриле готовил рыбу,мясо,овощи.
Отдыхали а октябре, анимации практически не было,но нам она не нужна.

Cons:

В донном городке практически некуда сходить вечером, только рынки.
